    Really enjoyed this episode.
Nice to see how the people we perceive to be crushing it can cope with burnout and managing their time.

I think we "makers" enjoy the making so much that we forget it's a skill just like hiring and managing people. I am at a similar point where I realized, I've done everything myself so far (coding, marketing, community, organization, taxes etc.), and it's not the "real" skill to have. It makes much more sense to be able to hire and find the RIGHT people, keep them motivated, and also ensure that the math on the product checks out. I also thought being a solopreneur is freedom, but I don't think that anymore. As soon as you make something larger (or want to make something larger) it almost always involves other people.
I think we just feel stressed about things we don't know. If I told you, you are a GigAchad HR Recruiter and all your picks are perfect and each employee adds 10% net profit, then you wouldn't feel stressed and would just hire away.
So, at least I for myself bought books on hiring and looked at videos on the topics. It is not my favorite skill but it is one skill that is almost always necessary to have as an entrepreneur.
But of course, each to their own. Thanks for the episode :)

Who knew being a GigAchad HR Recruiter was the secret to stress-free entrepreneurship? 🤣
Thanks for sharing, I think you're 100% right: isolation isn't freedom, and other people are a net benefit, not a drawback!

@@TheBootstrappedFounder I am curious, Arvid, what would it take for you to collaborate with somebody on a bigger project?
I know there are common thoughts like "not really interested because it will be more work," "I am already too busy," "I don't really need extra income," etc. But I like to challenge these initial thoughts (which also pop up in my mind). Is there really nothing that would make you want to collaborate with somebody? I am not saying you are not collaborating with anyone because you obviously do. I would just like to hear your perspective on it. (Could also be an interesting twitter post I guess :P)

awesome episode, idea for community if you want to make webinars or something more one thing to note is that you can code platform or automation that handles it for example you invite someone they can pre record a stream or w/e and then just press release or go live etc case automation first before hire works also. that is similar to old community that was called livecoders or something like that.
Just my two cents.. keep up the good work 👍

I'm happy to see anyone effort be successful but I have questions.
    1. talking about the products youve shipped, what % of your success comes from the existing audiance?
    2. What % is new?
    3. What % is purely selling your shipfast package ( so not a product you built to ship fast )
    4. I saw an interview that mentioned your product is great but if you are targetting developers, you should be slightly more transparent. What do you even mean when you say, “feature”?
Do you mean take the entire product idea, break it down into all its components and features and then choose one single feature from that idea to build and ship?
I find it hard on my conscious to attempt to deliver a partial solution that I know is not complete. I’m okay with dropping a -delete account feature or things that are t crucial but I think this needs to be talked about more.
Also, just a Question, it only works with next.js right?
