I just bought 320d with 110 kw, mine is weak at low rpm, turbo puls at around 2500rpm, is it the same with yours?

its normal. BMW designed this engine a bit similar to a petrol engine, so it lives a bit high.
Compared to a TDI its very different. That engine pulls low down and then runs out of power. Its a bit different.
Just get used to it
