Something to do with feet!
Best job ever
Well, that was an ultra-light version of Russian banya, but rather accurate.
I think I might quite like this
You are beautiful and have great voice and sense of humour , love your job 😊
Hi I really liked your video about sauna.
I would like to use it in my promo materials. Could I please share link to your video.?
worked there, pretty good indeed:D
You are welcome, lady 😌🤗
Well. Its not the "typical banya" , its more about "SPA". The casual banya have several ways how to do it 1) First of all banya is place with warm water where people in ancient time could clean the skin. So you go there for may be 15m in hot place until perspiration/sweat start coming out and you heat up enough. After that you going to another room where you mixing cold and warm in buckets water and wash yourself. Not everybody use wood branches with leaves // its optional. 2) The second way can be dangerous and have a lot of benefits if you can endure it without getting downside effect. So you going to hot place, heat up like 10-15-20m //as max as you can endure. You feel that your heart pulses increased to 110-140 p/m. After that you going out to colder place / use bucket with cold water, calm your heart and relax for 5-10-15m // repeat several times.
The upside effects of banya and extermal heating : 1) Every blood channel increasing the size and blood running faster - its affect metabolism. (its can be good combined when you have arthroses and doing treatment during this period - the medicine in your blood will come to "damaged" part of your bones better/faster). For sportsman - its remove all negative chemicals in your muscles after power training and mucles doesnt pain anymore 2) Our skin is also can "breath" and your skins pores become open and clean . If you use some oils after that like massage or oils from leaves 3) The cold/warm contrast gives you energy if you not heat up too much. If you heat up too much - you will feel yourself like after "sunstrike" 4) its affect the hormones in a good way for sportsmans. 5) Its boost your immunity 6) Its also have some anti-depress effect 7). Etc.
Also your skin after banya become like baby ass skin and you fell yourself "newborne"/reborne/ascendant/nirvana and if you worked hard all day ,like building the house or do hard work in gym with big weight- you will not fell tired anymore.
Still exist some downside effect
1) If you planning to make a baby in this month (for man its not good to heat up the "balls") 2) If you have issue with your blood or blood channels /heart system. high blood pressure for example - Banya is pumping the blood pressure. Or you have varikozes - your blood channel are increase, but not the fact that they will go back to norman condition. Trombs are also issue - if you have them - its can be bad end for you 3) If you do cold exposure after banya - be care, your organism feels thats he is hot and its doesnt feel cold even if its cold so its easy to get frostbite/sick/cold. 3) The main difference between banya and sauna -humidity. Sauna is dry, banya have high humidity. Its affect your lung in different ways. If you have bacterial infection - WARNING DO NOT GO TO BANYA. Same if you have virus infection and high body temp(37+) and also if you are not along, cause humidity - its the road for infection and virus . 4) If you have ANY BLEEDING WOUNDS ot bleeding inside your body - banya is TABOO.
Also in banya you lost some minerals(salt, magnesium etc). so after banya its good to east something salt/electrolites.
But almost everybody can do 10-15m session without issue for organism. Its more danger if you do it like 1h or more.
You are GORGEOUS! And you don't need makeup. Way to go for trying that.
well done, miss
I want to try it. Looks like an alternative way of getting high.
You are absolutely right when my friends asked me how I feel when I smoke weed, the first thing that came to my mind was like I came out of the banya)
She is hilarious
Its not even close to Russian banya
in a Finnish sauna, the leaves are wet soaked in hot water at an air temperature of 100 degrees Celsius. it seems that even the lungs burn and inhale just this hot air. understanding what the hell is and a sudden leap into the icy plow restores everything. But after this procedure, you feel like you are born again.
Sorry where is this one address? Where is this
Very nice
If you hae problems with your back or langs, go to russian bath.
Look up videos and for the melt is different why were you laying on the bed it was made out of nails in there never hitting in with a stick or with the leaves awesome why is it different for the males
Lol thise are 2x4s not branches
Hot AF
Not really
@@z3kyys I was talking about the sauna
@@beyondxxl yeah ik its not really that hot
How does the banya assistant handle breathing giving you the massage with his face not being protected by the ice cold eucalyptus leaves?
For a real bath attendant, this is nothing. The video has a very soft version of the baтнф ) Just right for beginners! The Banshik won't even feel it)
Yet another wimpy softy Anglo.
