I recently had my first (and second, third, etc) playthrough of persona 5 and loved the concept of this song but struggled to put in words what is it about, and i think you nailed it! Reclaiming Life. This theme plays as soon as you start the final stage of every palace heist. As you stand against whatever distorded desire said palace is built upon, this theme builds to a roar in the background like an anthem.

I saw a comment from forever ago that the guitar sounds like it’s crying and every time I listen to the track, I can’t not feel the same.
Life Will Change is still one of the most motivating songs in P5's soundtrack, and one of the few I can listen to for hours at a time. Genuinely a near-perfect song for what it's going for. I only say near-perfect because I Believe is actually just Life Will Change 2 but EVEN MORE MOTIVATIONAL and EVEN MORE BANGER so yeah go listen to that as well

Playing Persona 5 Royal in the summer of 2020 was a good time as I had a lot of spare time then, however it was the entry drug into Persona 4 Golden and Persona 3 Reload. Even going back and listening to the music sung by Yumi Kawamura on the remake of the original game Shin Megami Tensei: Persona has been a treat.
The best ways I've been able to describe the p5 soundtrack to others are 1) If p funk, the jacksons, and similar met the colors red and black 2) Sex in your ears

For how long Persona 5 is, (assuming you mean Royal since it’s pretty much the same game but more), by the end of my first play through I had sunk 160 hours in that game. So depending on how quickly you were progressing through the game you probably had around of a third of the game left.

I'm kinda glad you started getting into Persona. Persona 4 is such a good game man. I've just replayed it recently and it is really an entire tier above Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 Royal.
This has been my biggest disappointment in P5 in general. How do you put this banger into the most important part of a palace but you can just teleport to the safe room closes to the treasure. Depending on the palace, you can't even appreciate this banger. So sometimes I made it a habit to run threw the entire palace from start to finish in order to create more memories with this song.
It's still great that you have the choice to spend as much or as little time as you'd like exploring the dungeon and jamming to the music before having to take on the boss. I rarely found everything in a dungeon before I got to the treasure, so I would often spend the first bit after sending the calling card tracking down the last chests, will seeds, etc. Storming through the palace with little resistance, on a quest to steal every little thing in the area, with that epic music scoring every move was one of the most slick, badass parts of the game.
I did P4 before P5.....NEVER DO THAT! P5 is better than P4 in all form aspect, but in the substance, P4 is WAY better. Better characters, scenario, plots, writing.... but P5 is funnier in all other aspect. So play P5 first, and P4 after, or you will, like me, ruin your P5 experience :'(
