I've heard that it's mold. The Amazon Golden Disk version suffers from similar looseness. I prefer the Target version color scheme over the Amazon one. Hope you find the Amazon one if that's your preference.
I have all the same problems. He won't stand in either mode cuz the feet are super loose, and he's extremely back heavy. The wingtips fall off infrequently. Honestly, I think the figure is just a piece of $h1t.

Did you throw away his weapons? They were taped to the back in a paper baggie. Ps- the amazon version also had wings falling off. But me it was mostly one side while the other was fine.
You mis-transformed this figure. When the wings popped off while unboxing him, you put each wing on the wrong side. Additionally, did you rotate the hip 180 degrees when you transformed it to beast mode? Looking like you didn't, which is probably why the cod fell off. Too bad you dislike the figure, as this has been one of my favorites in recent years.
It is sooo badweres the quqlity gone,ive alsonoticed that you might aswell buy abig thing of floor polish for like 90 precent of new stuff.lacking in what made trans formers the choice.from what ive seen im not purchasing this heap, ive noticed with most of new stuff something always pops off they really need to adress this.

Well thats the same reason I picked it up, its definitely better then nothing, but it's definitely sad they just couldn't re stock the Amazon one

Just got it and painted the beak, keeping the green spots. That alone was a giant improvement. Yeah, the quality is quite weak.
