Does every ghillie have elastic loops? Been checking out some ghillie suits but don't find any with elastic loops except the "naked" sniper hoodie with a lot of elastic loops where you have to do ALL of the camouflage yourself
It's a for-dummies way to stick twigs, branches, leaves, vines from your environment into the suit. Which is the REAL camo, the rest is not a substitute, but rather a holdover. The traditional way to attach your environment to your suit is via netting or mesh. And you use zip ties, string, twist ties, or poke, wind, and twirl the twigs and branches into them. Commercial suits do elastic bands because a lot of consumers are brain dead or lazy.
