This is a region in Zielona Góra that is also called "Park Technologiczny", it's a place where bigger corporations have their buildings/warehouses/headquarters. Mostly a place where people go just to work, and that's also the main reason why this train station was created (I think). But that's also why there are no shops/houses nearby (yet, it's a quite new district).
You probably know that "Zielona Góra" means "Green Hill". There are some in the vicinity of the city, with vineyards of old tradition. I visited Zielona Góra a few years ago and I really liked it. Could be a good place to live if I considered moving away to a smaller town. :)

The Palm House - palmiarnia is a winter garden. Name from the word palm - palma. Exotic trees and plants grow there.
