Strange that most videos only tell you the concept, they don't tell you how it actually works and being setup, via what mean, a mobile app? A software or web app that needs to be opened all the time with internet connection? How do we receive an incoming SMS? These are the things that I want to know.

So this wouldn’t be a regular cellular number? Would it be like a free text/call app?
