Valerie Kydd They are at their best when together, way too much time apart in the later seasons, I keep rewatching the earlier stuff as they were so precious in the vast majority of the time they were together and how much they cared for each other, marriage has them apart too much.
This relationship causes me so much angst...lol...re-watching season 2 when they were with Kit and Caleb...so frustrating and sad to watch eventhough I know the ending...lol..

Lou needs to get back together with Peter. He clearly still loves her and she pushed him away with her overbearing attitude. I like them together though.
The script writers made Ty look pritty foolish in the scene by the river. Here he tells Amy that he asked for the "break" so that she could decide what she wanted in life and that he wasnt trying to give her the cold shoulder. Then when she asked him what he wanted in life he couldnt give an answer. The "no talking" during this break never made sense to me. Ty needed to tell Amy more directly how he felt about how she had treated him over the years. Her repeated dishonesty (first breakup, the proposal fiasco , and now this this long running issue with Ahmed ) needed to stop . A direct approach about not wanting to hold her back if she wanted to pursue fame and fortune would also be better than what he did. All in all he simply had reached his limit. As he did with his care of the wolf he has given Amy all that he has to offer (love and support from the beginning. He just doenst think he can give or endure anymore. There were multiple times when Ty could have talked with Amy and let her know all of this. I think doing that would have made much more sense than what the writers ended up doing.

I think that Amy wants Ty so much that she doesn't want to go to fast and lose him. the others did not matter. She did not want to marry them. But she should learn how to say no!!!!
Butch Cassidy I think that Ty loves Amy more than she loves him. Ty has been truer to her than she has to him. For a so called “bad boy” he never strayed except when he taught that Amy had moved on with Caleb so he hooked up with Kit but you could tell that his heart wasn’t in it. Ashley at the beginning of the show was always hitting on Ty but he never reciprocated I think that he fell for Amy at first sight and that’s where his heart has been ever since. Lucky Amy
Such a good observation. I have wondered why the scene never shows the complete kiss by Ahmed. Could it be that Amy turned her head to embrace the kiss? How long did it last? Since Amy had to explain what happened next to Lou and to Ty maybe the video cut off and all we have is Amys word for what happened next. There is that "trust" issue again. One thing we do know is that Lou said "it looked like he had just proposed to her and that the kiss definitely wasnt a peck on the cheek". It is too bad that the writers never had Lou or someone else point out "what is Ty supposed to think" after all of the expensive gifts, the 4 months alone together, the cold reception when she got back, the willingness to argue every time someone brought up how strange the situaiton with Ahmed was, and now Ahmed openly expressing his love for Amy. No wonder Ty said he didnt think that he could endure anymore of this type of treatment from Amy.
love heartland. Amy is beautiful but ty should never have married her cos she's a jinx. he's been in a plane crash motor bike accident been kidnapped fell down a cliff and nearly died in hospital he should have let chase powers have her. lol
I love the show. I watch it every day over and over. I. Don't know if I want to see season 14th .because of what I heard . Someone going to die in the show like Amy or ty or they going to get divorced in the show.
