Clement spoke about being a football animal and dominating the pitch when he came in, but I'm not sure we have the tactics or players to do that.
Time ticking on for PC, I think.
My confidence in Clement has flat lined, but I still hope he can turn it around and do well. Hopefully he can make better decisions and our play improves going forward.

I'm struggling to believe he'll be here next season. He can take Tin Tin with him.
I'm struggling to believe no one saw the red flags 6mth ago. I did.
His football is utter guff. Ibrox is like a funeral on match days now.
Clement may survive the season, however, he won’t be our manager long term, imo.
He'll see out his contract and if things haven't improved, which i suspect they wont, he'll be gone, but the mess at board level needs to change, cause that's where the real problems lie.

I’m personally not a fan of his football, or his philosophy for the club. He’s too comfortable being second best, in my opinion.
If you don't have the players to suit your formation, then change the formation to suit the players. Try a 3-5-2 and partner for Dessers. Flood the midfield to control games.
I've wondered why he doesn't use a 3-5-2 as well. We've got Sterling and Kasanwirjo who could filling at the back. We've got three central midfielders and full backs and wingers for the side births. Dressers could have Bajrami, Igamane, Hagi or Lawrence up with him.
@WHU63 I agree. Plus, against Celtic, it wouldn't allow their wing backs to bomb forward, and we would outnumber their three in midfield. It's Clement's stubbornness that will end him. He has no tactical nous.
@@Rangers1984 I read a comment from a Monaco fan about Clement. He said that when he was there, Phil had his favourites and those he didn't like didn't get a look on.He also insisted on a very rigid game plan. Sounds very familiar.

My thing with clement is this,impressed with the early progress etc but I have to say He’s starting to talk more pish than piers Morgan. What games is he watching ??
Early progress? Where? I've not saw any progress. We're actually worse than we were last season
The new manager bounce looked good, for me he has alot to do to turn this around. I want to see him giving more chance to Rangers men and young players from Scotland. I want better football and I want him to adapt a change in tactics to the players he has.

The man has one philosophy and it's not suited to what he has to work with. A better manager would adapt, and sadly, with what we have, we need a manager that can adapt imo. These constant ridiculous excuses he comes out with both pre and post games, for me, are a significant red flag of manager who lacks confidence. Again, a good manager would have more courage in their conviction. Let's not even talk about first team selections, playing players out of position constantly, baffling substitutions, and imo, poor man management. Writing is on the wall with PC, sadly, sorry.

This nonsense clement has the same problem as Warburton before him he has 1 idea how to play. football A decent manager plays to his players strengths. Simple

It’s heartbreaking to see us get carved open so easily by our rivals repeatedly, same set up same outcomes.We do not have the personnel to play the Phillipe style .
Wait til January you'll be demanding he's sacked when they come to Ibrox 2nd Jan and bury us.
I want us to appreciate the times we had, with the likes of Gazza and Laudrup etc, but those things are history. What we need now is to become the best in Scotland at building and promoting youth and making money from it. That should be the model. Sprinkled with a few talented foreign players, if we can get them. We must have a more scottish identity. That's the direction we should be aiming.
All of us fans need a mentality shift as well, and we must become the best and most supportive fans of younger players. Through thick and thin and any mistakes we should cheer them on.
We can all contribute to more successful times by sticking together. We also need any manager to be willing to work with and mould younger players into the system we play. Any manager we ever have must not overlook our own.
We also need to stop thinking of the young guys at 20 and 21 as kids. They aren't. They are young players that need to build experience and even before that age the sooner they build first team experience, the quicker they will progress. We need to stop being backwards and overly cautious over development in Scotland.
We waste alot of money on back up squadders. I would much prefer Bailey Rice getting time vs Dowell for example. Let them actually progress. The manager needs to show belief in the young guys. It's better to bring on dyed in the wool Rangers guys and have more of them on the squad.

The sad thing is the guy thinks he has time for a long rebuild when the board told him he would have to sell before he could buy he should have legged it, this is Glasgow Rangers you can’t get beaten by your rivals and say wait till October, October is here and I wouldn’t say there’s a massive improvement in our play as for the players signed injury prone and generally not good enough for players kept
If a manager is reliant on guys like Cortes and matondo, your in huge trouble and the lack of control in literally any game is mental haha

Doesn't know best 11, style of play is boring and the rest of the teams in the league would much rather play against our tactics than Celtics. Clement doesn't get the team playing with urgency and we are so slow when it comes to passing, throw ins, free kicks and corners, in which it allows the opposition to get into shape.
We’re far to focused on the final third.
Build back to front… the weak spots will become obvious.
More and more… there is a focus on Dessers…
Build his numbers up, and sell him.
The other obvious decision is… phase Tav out and get what you can for him… asap.
We have two potential replacements for him… let’s see what they can do!!!

It's always excuses at Rangers absolutely no structure or foundations in place plus attendances going down is going to hurt them and who can blame fans they just want decent football and know what there trying to play but not even that poor show.

We have had a few different managers now who cannot instil a fast attacking style of football. People talk about teams parking the bus or the low block. I say that's rubbish. WE cause this by moving the ball so damned slowly. Even when we do break forward quickly, we pass it back and slow it down. Tav has to take every free kick or throw in. All wasting time. I am sick of watching this "horseshoe" style of side to side and back. Even Warburton had a more pleasing style of football.
For tactics you we won't get a better coach than gio he was class at changing formation multiple times during a game. Another manager the board failed.
The guy is using a tea. of players he did not brong then starting this year he has brought in players that needs to settle in. Budget was poor, board falling to bits, with no business accumen. Give the guy a break.
He's garbage. Accept it.

I'm sorry but clemont wants to play 4231 with tav at rb it hasn't worked because 5 minutes in and tav can't get back deomandy can't get back so you have a 3151 with it wide open at rb with bannon running around trying to fill the midfield and the rb which is to much for the lad. And when it comes to Dessers he will get 20 goals but not against the top teams. Cortes 4 million for a player that's played what 8 games and is out again.
