Its like they are trying to mend the broken parts of the old damaged road(ruins) and not a full reconstruction as we have seen in the first phase. I hope they will attend to these works and make it clasic. Thanks once again for the video.
They should construct bigger box calverts around mukwano area due to the fact that the area is likely to flood incase of rain from waters coming from kibuli upper hill
