A powerful, easily portable system for extremely deep bass and superior sound quality, the DJ18S offers Plug and Play usage, integrated DSP, a 2400 watt continuous amplifier, and a compact, lightweight design. With intensely deep bass for its size, it offers frequency response (±3 dB) 27 - 100 Hz, bringing alive notes that mass-market subs can’t reproduce.

I have owned a pair of these since 2018 and have never regretted the purchase. They can rock hard for eight hours straight and sound perfectly clear and articulate the entire time. They never get hot or make any funny smells no matter how hard you run them, and the bass notes always sound perfect. Love them

It looks like the frequency response of the DJ18S is better/flatter than the SSP118?

Can I run three of this in front of the stage with only one reversed in cardioid mode and still have decent cancelation on stage?

I'm curious the main difference between this sub and the ssp118 mk2. is the difference just in the shape of the cabinet? thanks

seems like this one has a flatter frequency response. the ssp118mk2 seems louder. i heard another video where David says ssp118mk2 as designed to be a bit punchier than the DJ18S. Usually punchier to me means it hits harder at a slightly higher frequency. I don't know if that's what he meant.

I’m pretty sure the box in the video is the BB15

The BB15 and DJ18 look extremely similar from the front. The back of the BB15 is flat while the DJ18 has curves at the top.

what"s the point to advertise a product, and when we order it it's on backorder I pay for it, and they don't know when it's going to be deliver ???

110 pounds is not lightweight. He is correct about continuous output. You can take 6 to 9 db off of those peak ratings right off of the bat. Peak is calculated and not real life.

Super expensive quality subs with high power and premium components. I'd get one if I could afford one. And after getting it I would be unhappy that despite all of this expense you couldn't be bothered to put some decent handles on it! You have round holes on the sides. WHAT? I don't know anyone who's hands are shaped like a circle. Those hand holds look horribly uncomfortable! Come on Bassboss!
Is the idea "Hey those are so expensive, you'll have a moving crew or professional lifting equipment?
