I've had jobs where I'd always be tired when I came home and would be super lethargic all weekend. One thing my current job has been really strict about, is taking lots of time to rest, go to home on time etc.
Hope you're able to hit that brake a little and get into a routine that works best for you

As someone who had to go to physical rehab, cause they destroyed their body from pure over working at their job. I would say that not pushing yourself too hard at work and is probably the most important skill you can learn in a business. Overworking and lack of sleep are the two most major things hurting people's health and lives, but also theres the fact that you can never out work the work flow at almost any job or company. It is why they high you or others in the first place because the amount of things needed done on a day to day basis out way what you yourself can ever physically or mentally handle. and if you start working more appropriate times more often they might go hey. it would be good if we had another person in the workplace to help fill in this super busy workload and that gives someone else a chance like the chance they gave you. to move into a position there closer to what they really want to be doing. Yes over working can help make you look good, but it also might be preventing someone who was in the same circumstance as you move up to the same lvl.
In any case whether it is work, life, relationship, entertainment, relaxing, or just anything at all. You need to be able to balanced it if you are going to keep yourself stable in the years to come. Its a lesson that many don't learn and work themselves literally into an early grave cause they never properly balanced their lives out. Also the saying "I'll sleep when I'm dead." the ironic thing about that is the less you sleep the shorter your life span and the risk of getting cancer skyrockets. So yeah, you and your personal health first, family and life style next, then work.
