I found a 9x13 Pampered Chef stoneware sheet at the thrift store that was nicely seasoned for $7 and I have loved the way it cooks. It lives in my oven and I even leave it in the oven when I am baking other things. I knew it was a great find because of your recommendation of it. Thanks, Jess.
I make a trip once a week to our local thrift store. After your kitchen tools video,I thought, " I would love to find some stoneware i could thrift since Im not sure I will like it." Two weeks later I walked into the store and there was a shelf full of Pampered Chef stoneware. I got bar pans and bakers and even a covered baker. Ive been using it and loving it. It wasnt super cheap but I paid significantly less than new. I feel like God sent it to me. Now I want to add some more!
you talked about these when you were in Arkansas & I started to collect them then - love them! thank you my first two pieces were thrift scores - the larger "baker" for $2.99 and a smaller baker $1.49 - both 1/2 off that day whooohooo
I never had stoneware because I never knew how to properly use it til you talked about it on R&R. Also, I couldn't afford it new even if I wanted to try it. But my elderly neighbor gifted me a red enameled 9x12 baker...well seasoned, and I was hooked! I found another non-enameled brand new on marketplace for only $20. But this summer found a package deal w/a third 9x12 WITH a 12" round tart dish, an 8x8 square and an 8" oval veggie dish. All 4 pieces for $20 total. One of the 9x12's has a huge pork roast on leftover Thanksgiving dressing right now that I made yesterday, just keeping it as is in the fridge & reheating as needed. And it's the BEST pan ever for tomato confit! I never would've even considered stoneware if you hadn't done that video back then. Thank you!
I've got hand-me-down and thrifted CorningWare, too. I even bake my sourdough boules in it. The only concern is that some pre-1990 pieces have lead in the paint. I look for plain white or the cornflower blue. Orange and red is risky.
I was first introduced to Pampered Chef when we were stationed in Okinawa Japan. I bought my first stoneware piece in 1999 and I instantly fell in love with the products. I became a consultant and earned well over 100 pieces over the few years I sold the product. I gave many away as hostess gifts and to family and friends too. Of course, I kept several for myself. and, now I am stocking my daughter’s kitchen full of stoneware and Pampered Chef products. PC is an absolutely amazing company and they sell awesome products.
My Pampered Chef thrift finds: I have a bar pan that came nicely seasoned. I use it mostly for roasted vegetables and for cookies. I found a like new mixing bowl, I haven't used it yet. I have their clamp to the counter apple peeler/slicer/corer. Makes quick work of apples for pie, jam or dehydrating. My most used PC pieces though are the 2-Cup and Quart glass measuring cups.
Had wished for Pampered Chef stoneware for over 20 years since initially introduced to it at a friend’s home (she had and still uses a vast collection!) Last December, with your “party” I was finally able to afford/get my very first pieces, three!! So delighted! And though I cannot order more right now I am so looking forward to another opportunity, maybe next December! Thank you for blessing us with your hosting and recommendations, encouraging. Bless you! And Samantha too!
I had the same issue. I tried a different browser and had the samme issue. I tried a different device, and it worked. I'm not sure what is causing it, but not everyone is having this issue.
I'm so glad you introduced me to stoneware. I picked up a bunch when I moved and I've been loving it. I couldn't find an alternative to the aluminum baking sheets for a long time. I've been soaking mine to clean it, guess I'll try to stop so it can build up the seasoning! Definitely dig learning how you use yours.
Hallelujah!!!!! I love my Pampered Chef. When my daughter moved into her 1st apartment, I hosted a party for her. She still has all of her wonderful items 8 years later. My son is getting is married, and my daughter and I want to host a party for them. Soooo! I have not had a Pampered Chef rep in years. Thankyou!!!! We want to host a party in January!!! I am contacting Samantha.
I have a few pieces from pampered chef and they are great but I haven't come across a consultant in a long time. I have a pizza stone that is 20 years old easily.
I have that same pizza pan and it looks just like that one! Well seasoned and I got mine used. In fact, I have 4 pieces that all came to me used. LOVE THEM ALL!
I LOVE my stoneware. My Aunt used to sell pampered chef. I am the only one in my family to use it so I have been fortunate to collect my mother and sister's old pieces that I think are SO much better than the newer stuff. I did actually just luck out and found my 3rd loaf pan at Savers (like a goodwill) for $5! Unused, so I'll have to season it. Can't beat that! Give me all the stoneware! Lol I've always wanted the deep covered bakers and such. They are just too far out of my range. I did just get a 9×13 cast iron. So I will have to make due with that! Lol
Warranty!!?? I didn’t know this!!! I have broken 2 large bar pans! 1st one I laid on the stove with burner on, also! 2nd one I dropped! I love these and cried both times!! Can’t afford another right now but will remember the warranty next time!!
I know this is crazy, but for some reason my RUclips app on the TV was in a foreign language. 😂 There was only foreign language choices. On my phone it was in English. I don't know why. Lol😂 And, it was only on The Farmers Table.
15:50 2-person lasagna. OhMy! Thank You!!! I had never considered that. I live alone & that would be perfect! I do see those loaf pans at my thrift stores often.
I sold pampered chef over the summer and really enjoy the round stoneware I ended up with.. I definitely want to eventually end up with the other ones they offer. They have some Good products
I have several PC items! I usually use them if I can. I have the white glazed 9x13? Like you have and absolutely love it for lasagna or any type of dish of the like!
Thank you, Jess! And I 100% agree…PC is an excellent product! Sharing just to encourage others…I have several pieces that I’ve purchased new from a friend’s party, and several from the thrift store. As part of the process of detoxing my kitchen, a few months ago I decided that I needed a PC baking sheet and knew that I would eventually find one while thrifting if I was patient. About a week before Thanksgiving (probably 2-3 months of hunting) I found a new one at Goodwill for $12.99.! Thrift stores are a great way to go if you know what you are looking for and what would still be a good price. You can stock your kitchen with high quality tools for prices much more friendly to the budget! Just keep an eye on their return policy in case you get something home and discover it wasn’t as much of a bargain as you had thought!
Thank you so much for this video. We’re getting rid of all of our “non stick” pots and pans and looking to replace. Funnily enough I was initially a bit uneasy of cast iron at first, but now it’s my go to for so many things. We don’t have a single piece of stoneware and I’m thinking that’ll change very soon.
I have several of the original pieces that are more than 10 yrs old. Still use them. I just ordered the small bar pan from your party to use in my air fryer!😊
I’m one of those people that bought it (I too love pampered chef) but didn’t know how to use it. It’s in my cabinet 🙄(except the pizza stone). Thanks so much for sharing this and demystifying its use.
So I always thought that I was a bad housekeeper because my well-used sheet pans and cookie sheets inevitably developed that brown "patina" that never came off. I was ashamed whenever someone saw them. Then I started watching cooks on RUclips and realized that everybody's pans look like that eventually if they are used regularly, as mine are. What a relief after all these years of feeling guilty. I really should get some stoneware.
I was so excited when this popped up. I had been thinking about asking questions on the R&R group about stoneware as I saw a pampered chef one and that is one the last two things I need to replace. Thanks for the info.
I have two pizza stones and two bread pans, both given to me by my MIL. They became too heavy for her to use. I also have an 8x8 pan. I lost a Bundt pan in a move, and my husband broke our bar pan. I love stone, and how seasoned it gets from use.
If I buy stoneware here it is usually glazed, so seeing these I wondered what these were. As it is so readily available I'm used to cook in (glazed) stoneware. I have some that were my grandmother's. I love your bigger sheets for traybakes and such. Going to put them on my wishlist. Have to check how/where to buy them as I'm not living in the USA but in Europe.
I probably have as much PC as you Jess. I did yearly parties , set my self up , my kids have lots as I have set them up as well and my family . I love my Bar pans of all sizes . My Pizza stone is Black . The mini air fryer pan I use all the time , the next size bar pan is perfect for biscuits fit s a batch and they touch so the rise is great .
I just hosted an online party last week! I saw the round baker Jess used for cinnamon rolls in one video, and immediately put it on my hostess 1/2 price list. Lol. The deep pie dish is my most used lately, but I just found my pizza stone that had been packed away while our kitchen was getting painted. That is long-term probably the most used around here.
I have that exact round I call it my pizza stone! I bought that joker in like I wanna say...2003ish... It has all the dark spots just like yours. Ty for sharing, it actually brought back memories 😊
I have the PC fluted Bundt style pan that’s new. I’ve been afraid to use it because I didn’t know if I should pre-season it or just grease and flour like a regular metal Bundt pan. Love my pizza stone though. Bakes a lot more than pizza!
7:14 If you buy it 2nd hand, you might be able to find a scraper over in the silverware bins! Another repurpose choice would be those "credit cards" you get in junk mail.
I came here to ask this. It plays fine on my phone but on my LG smart TV it is playing in Italian with no choice of English to change it to. I even tried casting from my phone which was playing correctly and it went back to Italian.
I love that bar pan! 👩🏼🍳I would like to have a small one. --All my Pampered Chef stoneware came from thrift shops. Some of the old pieces are retired. Do you have any of the cookie molds? I have some by Pampered Chef & some by The Brown Bag.
I bought my 2 large bar pans from your pampered chef party in Arkansaw. My friend gave me my third large bar pan she got from an auction that she got for really cheap. Now I want the large baking dish but I hope the sale is still going when my SS check goes in the bank later this month. A fixed income limits what one can do.
I also have an oven that heats very very unevenly and i leave my 20 year old pampered chef pizza stone in the oven 24/7/365 to even out that heat distribution to everything i cook in it. It works extremely well. If i take it out, the left side burns while the right side is raw.
My pizza round is smaller than yours. I found it at GW. I have a another round but it has sides. I want to make pepperoni pin wheels in it. I have a casserole pan somewhere. Still packed from moving. I need a new spatula. Our dish washer had a burned roller on heater and my spatula smelled burned I tossed it. $16 in the trash. Was so mad. I'll look for your party.
I like mine as well! I have a couple bar (sheet) pans-one I bought along w/the smaller one(toaster oven) size and pizza stone-probably over 20 years ago- the 2nd lg. bar pan was thifted brand new a couple of yrs ago, so not as worn (loved.’) Love them! Saw some in thrift stores- but used-and idk, Infeel weird buying it not knowing what’s was stuck in the stone-since it doesn’t scrub totally clean. Is that weird!? 😬
I lost all my favorite pans after mold remediation contractors made our localized problem a whole house problem (contaminated EVERYTHING). I was told to throw them away and start over. I'm in a rental during the whole house remediation, and I'm tired of burning my oven items with bad pans!! I just ordered a new set. Do yourself a favor and get some. Absolute favorite kitchen item.
I have been worried about that....whole house flooded, lots of mold. I'm trying to think if I could just put them in the oven at 400° for 45 minutes that would probably kill all the mold. As of right now everything is in storage and the house is still gutted. So.....IDK
@@captainkim3643I'm so sorry! It's really so devastating. There's an awesome organization called Change the Air Foundation. They have TONS of RUclips videos and guidance navigating these types of situations on their website. Their info has been a Godsend during this crazy time.
Why can't I listen in the original language (eg, the audio that came with the video originally(? Can only select Italian, French, German, Portuges or Spanish for audio track?? I cannot disable the ridiculous audio track. @jess please do not set 'other languages' to yes (or however it is called), when uploading to YT. Listeners from other countries outside the US cannot listen to the actual provided audio any more!
Checked internet and there are many used ones in good condition, BUT I live in South Africa and they are HEAVY so I suspect delivery cost would be astronomical
Do you ever use clay …I don’t remember what they’re called but they’re oval, have a top and a bottom, and you’re supposed to soak them before using. I think they’re Swedish. I have several and only used one once.
Would you say Stoneware that has a smooth coating is still good to bake with? I've recently bought three that have sort of a smooth sheen coating to it.
Thrifted one of the Pampered Chef Sheet Pans about 10yrs ago for $4....the amount of seasoning was close to the pizza round shown here, so by now it is SOOO Seasoned and NON-STICK. More than a decade on, it remains THE workhorse of my kitchen. Like Jess, I have a not-so-great oven, and shudder to think how my food would bake without it. Cannot recommend Pampered Chef enough. But FYI: was gifted a stone pizza round-- with handles and a stand-...some generic less expensive brand.. In my experience, I've found no difference in performance between the budget brand and Pampered Chef.. For me anyway, stoneware is like cast iron....My Staub and Lodge cocottes perform equally well, and the latter's price tag is missing one zero from the other. LOL. I find the same is true with real stoneware. Just my two cents. :)

I was just going to comment on how many pieces I’ve gotten at thrift stores! 😂 I love them!
“I don’t wanna talk too much trash while my oven can hear me-I don’t want it to give out on me, it’s Christmas time” hahah 😂❤️
😂
Saying goes “ the worse it looks, the better it cooks “!
I LOVE all of my stoneware!! (I also love all of my other Pampered Chef items) 😆
you talked about these when you were in Arkansas & I started to collect them then - love them! thank you my first two pieces were thrift scores - the larger "baker" for $2.99 and a smaller baker $1.49 - both 1/2 off that day whooohooo

Jess, you turned me onto pampered chef stoneware and I now have 10-15 pieces. They are amazing and I got them all from Goodwill or FB marketplace! 😎
Me, too!
I also have gotten all mine second hand. Stoneware is everywhere!
I use my mothers Corning Ware a lot too in addition to cast iron
I've got hand-me-down and thrifted CorningWare, too. I even bake my sourdough boules in it. The only concern is that some pre-1990 pieces have lead in the paint. I look for plain white or the cornflower blue. Orange and red is risky.
I have bought at estate sales, collected a lot, and almost never use it. I will use this as inspiration to dig it out and learn it. 😊

Wow Jess has learned a lot of different languages since the last time I watched her videos! *yesterday
ya mine is not in English either glad it's not just me.
Meeee toooo! I cannot get it to play in English on the TV
Pampered Chef is all great quality , love their stuff
Giving the bar sheets to three of my kids for Christmas. I love mine so much!

Love my pampered chef. I bought my first piece about 26 years ago.
The RUclips language bug has hit this video. There is no English version. Please fix asap.😢
I had the same issue. I tried a different browser and had the samme issue. I tried a different device, and it worked. I'm not sure what is causing it, but not everyone is having this issue.
It's playing in English just fine for me. I'm on an android phone in the US. Not sure if that makes a difference.
Same thing happening for me. I’m on my iPhone
I’m in the US
My TV is playing it in spanish
❤I bought a stone loaf pan, pizza pan and baking sheet first pampered chef order you ran. ❤❤❤ them!
We love our stoneware, many of our pieces came from your yearly parties! Checking out the link again this year :)
I'm so glad you introduced me to stoneware. I picked up a bunch when I moved and I've been loving it. I couldn't find an alternative to the aluminum baking sheets for a long time. Blessings
I haven’t seen that kitchen took blog, where is it? On her other page or this one?
@SNNGS on Roots and refuge

*JUST BEAUTIFUL JESS GOOD LIGHT👏🏻*
I recently just bought that smaller square stoneware and made apple crisp in it. I really liked the way it baked in it.
I have some pampered chef pieces. Love them! Its like tupperware. Love them too!
Love my pampered chef stoneware❤
I would love those!! Thank you for sharing!!
My household has a couple of pizza pans and a round casserole and chicken roaster - we use them regularly, and they're super well seasoned!
Thank you! This is useful info.
I love my stoneware!! I've had mine for over 25 years. It's a wonderful way to do your baking. ❤
Love my stoneware!!!
I know this is crazy, but for some reason my RUclips app on the TV was in a foreign language. 😂 There was only foreign language choices. On my phone it was in English. I don't know why. Lol😂
And, it was only on The Farmers Table.
I'm getting a lot of comments about this, and it seems to be a RUclips glitch. I've checked the settings on my end. I hope they get it addressed soon.
I have Pampered Chef stoneware older than my son who is mid 30's from the early 90's. Still love it and use it!
You have inspired me to go dig out all my pampered chef. I don’t know why I ever drifted away from them.
This video is playing in Spanish. 😂 No other video is doing it and I cant find anything that allows me to change the language.🤷♀️
Me too!! I'm not sure how to fix it.
@ its really quite strange. It plays in English on my ipad but Spanish on the TV. Also, the youtube app is synced between devices.
Something is going on with RUclips. It has to be a glitch because on my end it says it’s set not to dub. 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Yes! Me too! Couldn't figure out how to change it. Just on the TV app for me as well.
Jess, this video is perfect timing for me! I’ve been looking at replacing my nonstick sheet pans but didn’t know where to turn. Thank you!
I love my pampered chef stonware!
I inherited a small stoneware and didn’t know a thing about it, thanks for your very helpful rundown!
my PS pizza stone lasted 30 years! Great Quality!
15:50 2-person lasagna. OhMy! Thank You!!! I had never considered that. I live alone & that would be perfect! I do see those loaf pans at my thrift stores often.

My bridal shower was a pampered chef party. The best quality!
love my stoneware from pamper chef. i have the pizza stone like yours and its about the age as yours
Thanks for the info Jess😊

The deep pie dish is my most used lately, but I just found my pizza stone that had been packed away while our kitchen was getting painted. That is long-term probably the most used around here.
Ummmmm, why does my video start talking in spanish????
Same here!
I'm getting a lot of comments about this, and it seems to be a RUclips glitch. I've checked the settings on my end. I hope they get it addressed soon.
I've bought 5 or 6 pieces of Pampered Chef stoneware at resale shops for my daughters-in-law. They love it!
That is so sweet! They are going to love it!
I have the bar pan and bread pan thanks to your info a couple years ago on them.
Love you Jess
I have that exact stone. Mine is pretty old but it’s my favorite!
7:14 If you buy it 2nd hand, you might be able to find a scraper over in the silverware bins! Another repurpose choice would be those "credit cards" you get in junk mail.
You must have really taken care of some of those pieces, they look brand new! We all need to know that secret.
Is anyone else having a problem with this video playing in a different language? This is the only one its happening to. 😢😢 I need my Jess fix.

I’m gonna guess I have 10 pieces. I’ll update in a few days after I manage to dig it all out of the garage. I know I have 4 loaf pan…

Agree
I have no idea why but it won't let me watch in English and it won't let me use captions 😅
Mine is not in English either. At least not on my tv. It is on my mobile app.
❤❤❤
I have and love them. How do you store them in a top cabinet. They are so dang heavy 🙃
I have two pieces and love them. Would like more; but I don’t have room to put them.
I wish we could get it here in Australia, they don’t ship here unfortunately. Do any Aussies know of an equivalent brand?
Even Amazon? 😢
Not sure how new you recorded.. but the stove hood color looks good 👍 you changed your mind?
Why can't I listen in the original language (eg, the audio that came with the video originally(? Can only select Italian, French, German, Portuges or Spanish for audio track?? I cannot disable the ridiculous audio track.
@jess please do not set 'other languages' to yes (or however it is called), when uploading to YT. Listeners from other countries outside the US cannot listen to the actual provided audio any more!
Same here! Crazy!
Same here. On my TV it plays in Italian. No English option. But on my phone it's in English.
Mine will no play in English on the tv but is English on phone. Weird!
You may want to check your audio because someone has done a voice-over in Spanish.
It has to be a YT glitch. I've gone into the back office and turned off all dubbing and it's still doing it. I hope they get it fixed soon.
I roast veggies all the time and waste money on parchment paper. I think i need one of these
❤
I cant watch this video in English. It is only showing languages like German and Spanish. I am not sure what is going on.
What is auto dubbing because this is in another language. lol Love love love pampered chef tho
Jess, can you please tell us about your shirt, where is it from?
Jess what is the color paint you used on your vent hood?
Nice. Do they retain the taste of foods since it’s stone.
No not at all
