You can use this as a slight loophole if there are no signs indicating the speed limit between where you entered the carriageway and where you left but you'd better be sure there weren't any signs or you can get done for driving without due care and attention as well as speeding. Also I hate to tell you but you bought the worst reciprocating saw on the market, the blades suck and they don't use standard fittings so you're kinda stuck with them. I just hope you never have to cut through anything thicker or tougher than a balsa wood dowel.

Handcrafted instruments you buy in a pub usually don't have any use beyond decoration. If it'd been any good, it wouldn't be sold in a pub.
