Hello, of course! Our "Start Working Time" and "Stop Working Time" under the "Custom" section operate in seconds. This means you can control or customize for how long (in seconds) you'd like your scent system to mist for and how long you want it to pause for. Hope this helps!
@@AirEsscentials thank you, I was also confused. So to clarify, the start time would be how long it diffuses for, and the stop time would be how long it stops between diffusing? So in the video it diffuses for 15 straight seconds and stops for 300 seconds?
@@MissyM1225 Hi Jeselle, that is correct! In our example where we did the custom settings, we set up a "Start Working Time" of 15 seconds, so the diffuser will mist scent for 15 seconds. We also did a "Stop Working Time" of 300 seconds, so after the diffuser mists for 15 seconds, the diffuser will pause or not mist for 300 seconds then resume misting for 15 seconds again and so on. Hi Bermarys, please try resetting your AE450 by pressing or holding the reset button with a paper clip. The reset button is located in the front of your device. This can be seen at 4:40. Once you are done resetting your device, you will be able to log in using the factory password "8888". We hope this helps!
