I absolutely love your music. Every time something bad is happening I just listen to some of your music and it cheers me up. For example, my girlfriend had recently dumped me. She was my first girlfriend. We had dated for quite a while. I could not be happier. And then, one fateful day... I wont get into specifics of what happened, But nonetheless it shattered my heart. I couldn't think, I was unable to do my schoolwork, I didn't care what grade i got or anything. So I listened to your music. Some of your older ones to be exact. Such as You're Beautiful, Good-Bye My Lover, Carry You Home. I cried my eyes out for a long time. Then I decided to listen to some of your newer stuff again, Like Postcards, Bonfire Heart, Heart To Heart, Satellites. I continued to cry, but your songs helped me get through all the pain that was brought upon me. If you and your songs (Amazing talent, Musical Genius, whatever you want to call it) did not exist, I probably would have very well just let my grades drop, stayed home, and lay in bed all day. But there was truth in your lyrics I found, and I was able to cope better with the pain when I listened to your songs. Thank you for your music, for giving people hope and joy, and for always creating great music. Thank you for all you've done. Your the best.

It's so weird I have been a fan since I was really young because my parents loved him and I have seen him in concert many times but now I'm the only one in my family who enjoy his music... He is very talented but he's one of my guilty pleasures because most the music I listen to is quite heavy and punk rock
