- My mate Dan's set his sights on a mega new goal - he's training to compete in a FULL IRONMAN. And he's only got 12 months to get ready.
The big question we're asking - can an everyday guy like Dan, with a normal job and a normal amount of time to train each week, get prepped to enter and complete an Ironman? We'll be tracking Dan's progress from start to finish, and we've got help from an ex-Olympic coach to make sure he's ready for the challenge.
It's not going to be easy - there'll be a lot of suffering and hard work but it's been a goal of Dan's and so we hope that with everyone's help and you're support, he'll be able to do it!

Just found your channel and have been binge watching all your videos which are great. Really interested in this series as I would at some point love to complete an Ironman. Having only just done my first marathon, I can’t quite fathom how anyone manages a full Ironman 😂 best of luck and look forward to watching the progress.

Rooting for u man I know the motivation is a personal internal thing I have to overcome but I'm still looking for it I wanna do one of these so bad it is definitely on my bucket list

I LOVE so much about this. I was like Dan, mesmerised by the endurance sport world having been semi-sporty in my childhood, I'm sure he'll harness this and with his background in swimming and rowing he'll do great. I'm no expert, but if you guys fancy a "training day" I'd love to join you!

We’re not fully decided yet, but something in June 2024 👌🏻
