Hi my dear friend thanks so much for another great garden tour and thank you so much for sharing it with us. Hope you have a wonderful Mother’s Day on Sunday.
Your property and neighbourhood is beautiful and feel so peaceful, how nice! Your hostas are amazing and your window boxes look just great with the fake flowers so low maintenance. Love it all.😍
Oh wow Tammy, this was so enjoyable! It felt like a relaxing time in your yard, I love your rooster! And honestly, I cannot believe the size of your gorgeous hostas, they are indeed happy there ! Thank you for showing us how to make the rag reef, I’ve often wondered how to do that! You are mother-in-law‘s patio area around her home is just as pretty as it can be, thank you again. This was so much fun.🤍🌹🤍
Tammy I love your porches, patios and all your gardens. Love all the Patriotic touches. It’s all wonderful. Your wreath with the rag bow is perfect for your door. I love all your vintage treasures and”junk” gardens. Your giant hostas are amazing. I’m getting ready to divide some of mine now. I grow a lot of mine not only in the ground but in pots. Hostas are a favorite plant of ours. Your Mother in law’s patio is beautiful. So cheery with all the yellow accents. Love and blessings ❤️💙❤️
Thanks so much Jean. I’ve never separated them before so here’s hoping I don’t do something wrong. 😊 But I’m looking forward to spreading them other areas.
Your yard is always so cute! I love that you have a Big Foot! 😂 We over in the boonies when we were raising our boys and my youngest was always thinking he saw Big Foot. We always buy big foot memorabilia for him when we come across it. And your mother in law’s outdoor creation was just darling! I loved all the yellow and red.
Just so we can’t smell you, it is ok to show your face when dirty.😊. Everything you display always looks great. I started using artificial flowers too because the deer eat my real ones. Your outdoor area always looks so pretty but do you ever have high winds like we get here in Texas. The last storm that rolled thru here knocked over every chair and bench I had outdoors. The smaller decorative items like you use would end up several roads away. Really like all your greenery and that tree is a piece of art!
Gorgeous...thank you for sharing..😊 your so pleasant to listen too 😊live in east Texas and getting alot of rain also.... thank God for it !!! We went through a horrible draught last year...thank you again
Tammy, everything is absolutely beautiful and can’t believe the size of your hostas, wow! Our flowers haven’t bloomed yet here in upstate New York either though I swear the weeds are on steroids 😂. I do Americana inside and out from May until Labor Day too and love yours, so many great ideas❤. When we bought our home 20 years ago I started what is called a friendship garden. Ask each one of your friends and family members for just one of their favorite perennials from their garden. It makes such a treasured garden to relax and think of those that shared. When I thin them out in the fall I share with others. That way you have perennials so you don’t have to keep buying and at first I added plant markers with the name of the person that gave it to me. Now that I’ve had it so many years I just know and smile as I watch them bloom each year. Loved yours❤❤ and your mother in laws, please thank her for sharing Can’t get my clematis vine to grow either😂 Debby, upstate New York
@@isaacsrustywagon you’re very welcome. It makes our garden a reflection of those who are special to us. Trust me those plants spread each year and you’ll be sharing lots! I divided some hostas last fall, you can’t even tell now and gave away over 30 from doing it. The same with purple coneflowers, black eyed Susan’s, lily’s of the valley and daisies as they multiply like rabbits so it makes it nice when you can share with others. It costs nothing and makes your garden priceless♥️
Love all the Americana decor 😍 I also love to add that to my summer decor. Your hostas 😮😲 how beautiful ! I get it with the weather , I too am from So. IL. Thanks for sharing your outdoor area with us. Love that fireplace also 😍
Hi Tammy, your patio and yard are so pretty. I love Americana porch decor also. I know what you mean about the rain and storms. We had a close call with tornadoes here in South Eastern PA the other day. Thank God it missed us. Thanks for the tour.
I live in Iowa and our weather has been the same. I'm slowly getting the gardens in order. Have a ton of mulch to put down, ugh. Your yard and patio are amazing.
Absolutely beautiful, Tammy. I would so love to do a junk garden, but not sure how it would go over with our neighbors since our yard isn't fenced in. Boy, your hostas are huge! Mine just has begun to come up.
Thanks so much. I enjoy using fake ones. If I decide to go outside and change up the window boxes, I can without having to worry about killing the plants that are in there. I can simply pop them out, stick new ones in and put the ones I took out up to use at another time. 😊 Thanks for watching.
Since you’re not happy with the round garden, would that be a good spot for a fire pit? We could sure use some of your rain here in central Texas. Everything looks so inviting.
Your home is beautiful! Your hostas are so big. I love everything ❤️ could you please share where you got your americana banners you have on your wagon and door? Thank you
I bought those years ago from a wholesale site back when I had my store. Unfortunately I can’t remember which one. Thank you for your kind words and for watching. 😊
Instead of buying more Hostas, maybe you could divide the Hostas that you have growing along the house. That way you know they are healthy and it is early enough to transplant them.
That is probably what I will end up doing, I still haven’t managed to buy any or finish up under the tree. Time is getting away from me. 😁 Thanks so much for watching!

Tammy hostas are a tough plant and easy to separate. I’ve never had any die when I’ve separated them. You will do just fine😊
That’s awesome Jean. Here’s hoping. 😊

Thank you Natalie. Those hostas grow fabulous in that spot. 😊
Love all of your outside areas and decor! Beautiful❤ Just subscribed from East Tennessee.
Welcome! Thanks so much. 😊
This is the first year I’ve planted fake flowers in my planters. Can’t do real ones anymore. Too old.😂 your porch looks amazing.
Thanks so much. I enjoy using fake ones. If I decide to go outside and change up the window boxes, I can without having to worry about killing the plants that are in there. I can simply pop them out, stick new ones in and put the ones I took out up to use at another time. 😊
Thanks for watching.
Your clematis vine needs a thin trellis to attach itself to, it has very skinny little tendrils that they use to climb.
Thank you. I’ll try to find one. Thanks for watching. 😊
Hi, is that your backyard? It is so beautiful. I love your Coca-Cola refrigerator. Your yard looks very very beautiful.
Yes, thank you. 😊 And thanks so much for watching.
Since you’re not happy with the round garden, would that be a good spot for a fire pit? We could sure use some of your rain here in central Texas. Everything looks so inviting.
That’s an idea. Thanks so much for watching. 😊
You must not have a slug problem with all those great hostas
I don’t think I’ve noticed any. 😊 Thanks for watching.
Your home is beautiful! Your hostas are so big. I love everything ❤️ could you please share where you got your americana banners you have on your wagon and door? Thank you
