Best...Video...Ever! But seriously, been focusing on more of a draw with my irons shots lately, and this will definitely give me a few things to work on! Thanks Thomas!
Great tips! 1 qns to satisfy my curiosity why are draw shots having longer yardage? is it because the ball is placed near to the back foot, hence creating lower launch angle and dynamic loft?
It's mainly caused by the Draw swing presenting less dynamic loft at impact, which produces less spin and a lower ball flight. Moving the ball back in the stance adds to this effect.
Knowing how to hit these shot shapes is not the main issue, it's doing it on the course at the moment in the heat of the battle when you need to hit the shot
Couldnt click faster! Thomas is my favorite instructor on RUclips.

Thank you for sharing your expertise. When fading, is ball slightly up? Centered, or slightly back like a draw?
@@louieatilano6927 The ball can be moved slightly up in your stance to create more of a fade. Just don't move it too far up!
Good stuff! Do you change your grip at all, or just simply body position? Or both?
Thanks!
