I think now it’s late for rose propagation. Or if you want to try just take pencil sized cuttings and rub the cut ends with anti fungal powder, haldi, daalchini powder or honey. Then poke these cuttings in well draining soil. Just water sparingly (not much) keep at a location that receives sun
