That Vibration/rattling sound is coming from the rear metal number plate stick a 2 way tape between that and the point where it's touching the rear mud guard Which would fix the issue

dheeraj_nadimpalli yes they did the front calliper bolts before I picked it up and am currently getting the cat delete pipe to give it a better sound, wouldn’t mind some bars for the side if it was to be dropped 🤣
@@motogspot just like any bike, why they don't come out sounding good is because that's their way of getting more money out of everybody that buy's a bike,👍🏼💯
are you pointing to the little rattling noise at the very end of the revving sound? Something like a screw rattling within a metal plate? If yes then glad to know it is not an issue only for me. Its been making me go crazy over the last couple of months
They are overpriced for what you get and the sound doesn’t change a whole lot, $990, side bags are just cheap hard shell bags off eBay but have done well so far 😀🤘🏻
Looks good and sounds throatier than stock. You need to adjust the carbon fiber protector because when you rev, it touches the exhaust , making that awful zzz sound. I have the same and I added two extra washers from the inside to give it more space.
Hint hint don't be surprised when the baffler comes out it's still quiet, should sound a touch deeper. You'll need to run full exhaust to get a note, the cat is to blame. Good job m8 : )
I didn't really notice a lot of sound difference but the weight difference will help I think that you need to Get out and get some dirt but don't forget just like on the street Dress for the slide not the ride if you're not used to riding on dirt he will fall down a lot I did not notice if that had a wrap around hand guards or not but if it doesn't You should definitely get some
At the risk of being a bit picky. Metric bolts are described by their thread size and not the size of spanner used. So they are actually M8 bolts. May not sound important but if someone ordered up a 12mm bolt to replace a lost one it would be way to big for the job. Also M8 bolts can commonly be found with both a 12 or 13mm head so it can get even more confusing. Otherwise, great video.
Looks easy (when you know how to!) Did you need to re-map for the new exhaust? Also, you missed the mandatory “no exhaust” sound test! 😜 Thanks for sharing!

Overpriced, there are better alternatives out there. Anyways the first thing you need to upgrade on this bike is the ECU as the mapping on the stock is horrible.
Absolutely overpriced and wish I had known earlier, I would have gone for something different knowing what I do now, yes I do need to remap the ecu aswell 😃👍
Wow that looked really easy. Hats off to KTM for making working on the bike a lil bit easier.
Absolutely, couldn’t be easier G 😃👍
I'm very mechanically inept and to see how easy it is to install is super cool
i know its two years old but can you please do a short video using a DB meter. so that i could purchase the exhust for my 390adv
You made it look really easy to install. Looks and sound better!
It certainly was buddy, just need the cat delete pipe just to give it a bit better note. Stay safe mate 😃👍
