  • Hey guys! It's been awhile but life has been crazy! I'm glad you are here.
Today I wanted to share my tips and tricks for sleep training. I've used the same techniques with all 3 of my kids and so far it has worked every time! I don't ever really let me baby cry, so if you don't like that either than these tips may help you!

Same constellation as me! My twins are 14 yo and my daughter is 12 yo, so 2.5 years apart 😁
And now a soon to be three month old VERY bad napper!! So my new baby is as old as yours in the video. She was lip and tongue tied and won’t take a paci 😔 I get NOTHING done because she will only do contact naps and wakes up the second I lay her down. Laying her down awake triggers immediate screaming! So exhausting!

She’s breastfed and LOVES nursing to sleep (she kinda got used to it due to her tongue tie exhausting her when feeding). She has a temper and gets SO mad so quick! Same in the carseat! And she will NOT give up and cry and scream and it breaks my heart! I wasn’t worried or stressing at all but I just cannot hold her 24/7 anymore!

My parents say that they put the child to sleep in their crib to start the night so they know…. Bedtime means you sleep here. After that they focus on bottles and pacifiers later. At around like 1 and a half. So they don’t push it they just go slow.

I did something similar, but since she was born and she was such a good sleeper at 3 months old, but then she started rolling over, hitting on the wooden rails and crying and she cries when I put her in the crib to sleep or wakes up there, ever since. Has this not happened to you? Any advice for babies that roll and stand up?

I know this was like 2 years ago but what did you do with the lighting for daytime naps and nighttime? Did you always have the room dark? Did she have a night light? Did you keep the room lighter during her naps and then dark at night? Just curious because this is what I want to start doing for my girl now. Also is she in your room (especially overnight) or is she in her own room? Thanks for the video!

This is a wayyy overdue comment, but we had blackout curtains and a hatch nightlight for nighttime. Daytime was generally dark, but not pitch black.

Hi, sorry, I 'm not native English, I jus could not get when you started the sleep training? I understand the rest, but you say it too quickly for me and slowing down the video did not help.

Hi! I started around 2 months for naps and 3-4 months for nights!
