-I adore that cover for The Spellshop! Definitely on the TBR. -The Amari books have been on my TBR for quite awhile. It sounds like fun. -I have the God of the Woods on hold at my library, and am looking forward to reading it when the hold comes in. Thanks for sharing. It's always a pleasure to watch your reading vlogs!
Yay, another reading vlog! This makes me excited for The Spellshop; it sounds cozy and fun and perfect for fall. I wish I could read on planes, but I tend to get motion sickness even with meds, so I usually stick to watching a movie or show. Hope your trip was good! :)
I can never read on planes because of my ridiculous fear of flying. I end up white knuckling the arm rest for 5 hours straight and praying for sleep to take me LMAO
Thank you for giving love to middle grade books! I love reading MG books as like you said a palate cleanser, but I also just love the whimsy of them!!! LOL
If you’re looking for another cozy, fantastical reality book in the same vein as The Spellshop, I’m currently reading The Cottage Around the Corner by D L Soria and it’s very light and cute so far. Only halfway so I can’t promise that it sticks the landing yet but it’s cozy, low stakes and has romance (and an autumn setting)
Loved The SpellShop! Such a cozy, fun read! The Amarie series started off strong, but for me it is falling to just o.k. The 3 book series has been extended to a 5 book series.
If you haven’t read Emily wilde’s encyclopaedia I recommend that for autumn!! Very cosy but a nice mix of adventure and fairy! And a sprinkle of fun romance
I love middle grade too, it just feels so comforting. I'm not sure if you have read it but I recommend Nevermoor: The trials of Morrigan Crow by Jessica Townsend. Such a good serious, full of magic and the fourth book is coming out next year ✨️ Love your videos btw, they are always so cozy 😊
@@Heleiotrope I agree that she almost never spoils. But vague themes and motives are something quite different to sketching big plot points of volume one and two. But it was a beautiful autumnal reading vlog, absolutely loved the vibes!
I always enjoy your reading vlogs. I read so many books, but I can't articulate the plot like you can.
A book a day feels crazy to me! The Spell Shop sounds so great- definitely here to read some cozy, fall books!

I absolutely love Amari, she such an amazing character.
thank you for this coziness!! i’m in the middle of the god of the woods and WOWOOOOWWWW it’s good lol
the typo in the title made me think that you read 48 books not a few books in 48 hours😭 i was like WOW okay im slacking
LOL OOPS!!! Jet lag brain 🥲
I hope you enjoy your business trip. I’ve done a lot of them; sometimes the reading on the plane goes well; other times I pass the time other ways. :)

It was incredible! I feel like in the right hands it could be adapted into an excellent TV show/limited series
@@TalkAsSoftAsChalk absolutely! I was thinking the same thing as I read it!
Waiting for The Spellshop from the library
You should try putting paprika in Mac and cheese! It adds a nice depth
I desperately need some cozy autumn recs cause i can feel the reading slump descending on me.😭😭😭😭

I loooove the sweater you wear in the intro, where did you get it? 😍
Keil James Patrick is the brand of the original 🙈❤️. Love it so much and have been dreaming of it for some time but it is soooo expensive 🙄😕

You made GOT W sound so good - unfortunately I thought the ending lame 😔
"It's me."
Amazing fall vibes!! Also I am not at ALL trying to be rude but it’s “bUreau” like Feeris BUeller 😊
Please make a reading vlog dedicating somewhere beyond the sea (sequel) tj klune

I thought The God of the Woods was horrible. Boring and not even a good ending. Took me forever to read.
Why did you have to spoil the whole Amari series? I wanted to read it and now I don't have to anymore. :(
Talking about vague themes and overall vibes of a series is hardly spoiling it. Shes pretty good at NOT spoiling at all.
