When you dont get the confirmation that python is already installed, it just means that you don´t have the latest version. It it fine to have 3.whatever it is. Basically, as long you have the third version, don´t need to worry at all. Head for the next step.
Hi, i am new to coding world. i am working in a automobile manufacturing company as a labour. we have 2 shifts and we change shift every week. in day shift we start from 6:30 to 15:35, with 3 breaks. 8:30 to 8:40, 10:40 to 11:25 and 13:25 to13:35. and another short break at 15:35 to 15:40 if we work overtime. in 1 shift we can do 2 kind or work, and the time is count separately. for example in line 1, I worked from 6:30 to 11:55 and work on line 3 from 12:00 to 15:10 at the end we spent times to calculate total working minutes minus those breaktimes (work on line 1, line 3 and the total of working minutes) Questions: I keep wondering if coding with Python can help me count faster? If yes, how_ thank you in advance, Sincerely yours, Charlie

so much hype with the first minutes... Python is spectacular!!! BTW, for those using Mac OS like me, maybe you have Python 2.7 already included, but if you want to make use of Python 3 You should execute python3 (once you have installed it) instead of just python (because some Mac os always run python 2.7 by default if I am not wrong). oops this was explain here anyways...

Hi Mosh. Thank you for your tutorial for Python. I am in programming course in college, but we use PyCharm to do coding, so what's the different between PyCharm and Visual Studio Code, and python version is python 3.7 as well
I continue to have trouble with VSCode. . None of these editor are easy to use. I am getting error messages. I cannot get smiley face. I am not sure of the ctrl + and there are other things going on with setup guessed at options. Great class learned at lot from your other class. But, I may have have to drop out in 10 months four other courses I have had a problem with VSCode.
Mosh, thank you very much for the course! AWESOME work you've done! But the girl must ask, how I get on my Windows the same text colors you have on your Mac?
Two questions: 1. How do I configure Visual Studios so that the color of the code matches in the video. I'm on windows and I get completely different colors (or sometimes just basic white like on "ceil" function) 2. How do I configure Visual Studios so that the box where the run code appears doesn't show the text associated with "[Running] and [Done]", or in other words so that it just shows the executed code and nothing else?
This might be too late, but I thought I would comment anyways. 1. He has a different color in his text because he is using a different theme from the default. You can change your theme by navigating to Settings by clicking on the Gear in the bottom left corner of your screen and click on settings, from there a new tab should open up named settings click User Settings and expand the Workbench drop down click on Appearance you should see a option named Color Theme with the selected theme of Default Dark+ if you click on the drop down box you can choose from 14 different default VSC themes. The themes change the color of the background/text/and menus, you can also download custom themes by navigating to extensions (Ctrl+Shift+X) then typing "Themes" into the search box and installing your desired theme. (I do not know what theme Mosh is using in the video) For further customization you can also edit the settings.json file under Color Customization. 2. To configure extension settings you must once again navigate to User Settings, click the Gear in the bottom left corner of the screen and click on either Settings or Extensions then click the Extensions drop down box. There you will see all the extensions you have on VSC find Run Code configuration and click on it. Scroll down until you see a selection titled Show Execution Message and uncheck that box.

Thank you for this very well-made, clear & interesting video. A quick question or 2: At 1:35:40 Why doesn’t Python display a float & why does Python round the integers down instead of up? For example: According to Python 25/2 = 12
Thanks in advance.
Absolutely a great teacher of python so far!

This was a beautiful tutorial. Everything was explained explicitly and in the simplest way. It really helped me a lot. Thanks for the help Mosh
Extremely helpful for those who want to learn programming with Python. I was looking for a crash course in python programming I found your course truly amazing, extremely helpful and to the point. Couldn't get better crash course on Python programming than yours. Thank You for your efforts. I really appreciate your efforts. Will share your video as well.
one of the best vids(Tutor) i have seen yet. Thanks alot
this is the best python-beginners video i have ever seen, and all you content is great, i really love the way you explain things and i'm happy i found your Chanel. Thank you Mosh. i can't wait to get the full course :). And i would really like if the course will explain the programming concepts and the whys behind the code. i mean things like why you wrote a script the way you wrote it and no other way, best practices, code design, code or programs architecture, testing, well stuff like that, i don't know exactly i'm not an expert, but things a professional developer should know . not in a in depth way because i know it is not possible, but at least in a general way so students can know what to search about if they want to get more advanced. I think this way, i (and other students) will be able to solve problems in different new situations and not just memorize and repeat the code in the videos. i hope this give you some ideas, Thank you again.
For all those trying to get the terminal, the new shorcut is ctrl + shift + `
Hi Mosh! Firstly, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for spreading your knowledge with us in a fun and quirky way. Your style of teaching is engaging and exciting. I had purchased your Angular course on Udemy but as soon as I post this comment I'll go ahead and purchase the all-access pass :) You are amazing mate!
@@programmingwithmosh Already shared with my fellow newbie developer friends. Btw, when can we expect the release of your Python course? Honestly, man, your voice is engaging, maybe because I've lived in the Middle East for a good part of my life and that hint of Middle Eastern accent seals the deal for me :P
Thank you so much for this free guide! This is one of the best tutorials I've seen if not the greatest! You gave hope to aspiring programmers! Two thumbs up for you! :)
This is truly amazing. Thank you good man. All the best.
Thank you for you support and help!
Thank you Mosh, I love your tutorials and after starting your free ones I passed immediately passed to your beginner's course on your website that I bought for a very good price. However, I think your paid beginners course is much more advanced than the free ones and I have difficulties to follow. so I have to go back to these youtube videos.would you be so kind to make the free course videos available split in sections for easy consultation? Thanks for your consideration
Wow you're amazing. My professor tried to teach the class how to install python and failed miserably because everybody was lost.
Thank you so much!
i swear to god this is best tutorial out there the res has just been confusing and this was just easy and friendly
watching your videos i came up with this coding
for x in range(1):
for y in range(1):
for number in range(1, 11):
print(f"{x + 23} * {number} = {(y + 23) * number}")
well i guess i dont have to remember tables anymore
made some changes in it and it become even shorter
x = 17
for number in range(1, 11):
print(f"{x} * {number} = {x * number}")
Thank you so much for your all content. Its always the Best programming tutorial ever. 🙂🙂🙂🙂
Thank you for this tutorial. Very helpful and easy to understand for this non-programmer.
I don't know anything about programming or much about technical stuff, am just a beginner and want to learn this awesome language. Hope I find the right video to start with....Thanks for sharing the video Mosh..✌️
I don't know English very much but I watch your videos with the help of caption

When you dont get the confirmation that python is already installed,
it just means that you don´t have the latest version. It it fine to have 3.whatever it is.
Basically, as long you have the third version, don´t need to worry at all.
Head for the next step.
I am from Bangladesh...I learned programming from your tutorial..sir please make a project tutorial for us.
Excellent video, Love you Mosh!!
Do you have a newer version? Python VS and Terminal are different now?
Hi, i am new to coding world.
i am working in a automobile manufacturing company as a labour.
we have 2 shifts and we change shift every week.
in day shift we start from 6:30 to 15:35, with 3 breaks. 8:30 to 8:40, 10:40 to 11:25 and 13:25 to13:35. and another short break at 15:35 to 15:40 if we work overtime.
in 1 shift we can do 2 kind or work, and the time is count separately.
for example in line 1, I worked from 6:30 to 11:55 and work on line 3 from 12:00 to 15:10
at the end we spent times to calculate total working minutes minus those breaktimes (work on line 1, line 3 and the total of working minutes)
Questions:
I keep wondering if coding with Python can help me count faster? If yes, how_
thank you in advance,
Sincerely yours,
Charlie

Absolutely fantastic course! Many thanks for that.
hey Mosh, I can't see the link on top right corner.
would you paste it here please. You are a very good instructor ever since, may God bless you.
Great tutorial! Levels above Udemy for anyone looking to compare - better editing and easier to understand for most English speakers. The fizzbuzz btw could be further simplified by dividing by 15 instead of 5 and 3.
Thank you so much for this video.Ive always wanted to be able to use python and now I can 👍👍👍
Are you new to coding ? And did you learn only from this video ?
@@UnknownSend3ryes
@@razwankhan8490 do you have any recommendations or tips ? And also how many hours did you assign to study a week ?
mosh i love u......i used to talk to u via mail when i saw ur at udemy ....when i wanted to learn c# but online payment is headache so i catch u here again trying to learn python for ML.......thanks so much
so much hype with the first minutes...
That's a really nice course for noobs. Great work mosh!
Nice. Just bought it. Thanks for the discount.
Its simple... This is the best python video.....
Hi Mosh,
I like your way teaching...its nice, short, sweet.
I am requesting you to make tutorial for RHCSA.
Thank you

Same here, it's fucking frustrating. I'm finding another tutorial
I agree same here, at 11:04 when Ctrl Back slash thing (iPad does not have that symbol) I get windows power shell

Sir, Y in Nested Loop the result is showing different lines, as we have not used "
" ; instead of showing result in one single line like ,
(0, 0)(0, 1)(0, 2)(1, 0)(1, 1)(1, 2).... and so on.
please make a video on basic structure of python and commands and statement
I think this was the best and superb video out on Internet to learn python ..thanks !!!
Doing programming for more than 5 years learned different languages but trust me there are very few who have such a elegant style as you I actually enjoyed that I think everyone should go for it also after completing this course there is one more crash course for dev by him you should go and check few more key concepts most are same but search for some more few concepts like immutable and mutable objects
Kartik Srivistava I am new to this i have no knowledge of programming languages. Is their any prerequisites that i need before looking into learning Python. I would appreciate if you or anyone can help. Thank you
@@DAK-fm8wd see brother actually he had explained many basic cocepts in very good manner but i think you should watch it then search for python by geeksforgeeks then searc for the particular topic in their list and try to implement the concepts in very different possible manner
Kartik Srivastava thank you very much :)

Sir firstly I appreciate you from the bottom of my heart for your simple explanation and teaching way of complex things in a simple way,
Mosh Sir i want to know how your voice is so clean

Why did we use a formatted string in the exercise ? What are the uses of formatted strings ?
Great course Mosh, thanks!
Hi Mosh. Thank you for your tutorial for Python. I am in programming course in college, but we use PyCharm to do coding, so what's the different between PyCharm and Visual Studio Code, and python version is python 3.7 as well
So much effort he puts in his videos❤
I continue to have trouble with VSCode. . None of these editor are easy to use. I am getting error messages. I cannot get smiley face. I am not sure of the ctrl + and there are other things going on with setup guessed at options. Great class learned at lot from your other class. But, I may have have to drop out in 10 months four other courses I have had a problem with VSCode.

You made me love python...(Even though I barely completed the video because of my school studies😅😅)
Mosh, thank you very much for the course! AWESOME work you've done! But the girl must ask, how I get on my Windows the same text colors you have on your Mac?
Mosh, do a Java course please!!! you teaching style and explanations are great !
Two questions:
1. How do I configure Visual Studios so that the color of the code matches in the video. I'm on windows and I get completely different colors (or sometimes just basic white like on "ceil" function)
2. How do I configure Visual Studios so that the box where the run code appears doesn't show the text associated with "[Running] and [Done]", or in other words so that it just shows the executed code and nothing else?
same here !!
Which theme you use sir? VERY vibrant
