We haven't measured retention, but after a grind size change it takes about 2 full grinding cycles for the grind size to stabilize and to purge out most particles of the last grind size.
? This is a commercial grinder, not a consumer grinder. Commercial grinders produce perfectly fluffy grinds that are not clumped like consumer grinders. WDT is completely unnecessary with Mahlkonig grinders.
