Hi , in minute 24 you are gathering supplies cards and hiring crew members but I did not see the gas that you needed to spend to make those actions. Or the actions from mates are free without spend gas?
Wait. If the ship is sunk, the cargo is left behind, and not losing cannons or gas? Then losing a ship is not really a big deal. But it's more challenging if you take the liberty to bend the rules against the players: If an airship is lost, it loses the cargo, all of the cannons, half of the gas, and one crew. That'll teach the players to take care of their airships.

Wouldn't the Harpooner actually allow you to roll another die instead of an extra hit? Longboat Strength +1?
Game not in front of me one card is a +1 other is +1 die, I can't recall off the top of my head which is which.
Yeah harpooner let's you roll with 2 die but great video very helpful
