    Mine does this too, did you try the white Silicon lube they advise.I sometimes use a little degreaser to clean then add some lubricant ( Yip right out the box🙄).
    Mine also drones when I just push the scooter pretty sure my bearings are not 100% my brakes sometimes rub & need aligned again. u can see the slight movement when watching it spin at the brake pads.

      These are the problems we face when manufacturers fail to do a final check before packing up these scooters for sale.

    All of my electric motor driven wheels do the same thing. I've loosened the nuts a 1/4 turn per side a few times and it never changed, so I went back to the original tightness. There's no lubing or anything that will get rid of the magnetic resistance in the motor. After doing some research I was able to tell that all scooters operate with the same issue. It boils down to the motor's magnetic resistance as opposed to an eBike operates on a freewheel.

      Thanks for chiming in but, the thing is, check out this video at the 2 min mark & tell me why he got that much free rolling:bit.ly/3xB2mPl

    It’s fine nothing wrong with it
    My one spin exactly same after 1100km

      Do you have any video proof of that? or from another RUclipsr or something, I believe I'm the only with the issue, it's supposed to be freewheeling and it's not.

    I hear you can turn the regenerative braking off.

      Yepp, in some scooters yeah. I'll advice you keep it on though, your brake pads will thank you.

    I HAVE THE SAME ONE...DOING THE SAME THING.... ITS NORMAL ID SAY.. WHEN ZOU ROLL IT ON THE FLOOR IT ROLLS BETTER.. SO NO PROBS

  • @simasisuppose

    Its an electric motor you are trying to spin, not a bicycle wheel, resistance from the motor while not powered is normal behaviour, thats exactly how regenerative braking works, except amplified to some extent.

    • @Sir-Kay
      @Sir-Kay  4 месяца назад

      I kind of disagree my friend, I will show you a video of free-spinning e-scooters and you might end up having to retract your initial point regenerative or no regenerative braking.

      bit.ly/3xB2mPl Watch this till the end with patience just incase you were wondering and please don't tell me this particular scooter don't have regenerative braking and that's why it's spinning till eternity: bit.ly/3xB2mPl

    • @simasisuppose
      @simasisuppose 4 месяца назад

      @@Sir-Kay It spins the exact same way that yours does and that every single scooter I have owned does, if you want it to be free spinning remove the magnets from the motor or simply get barebone wheels but even those tend to not spin for long because of cheap bearings. Once again, it's all normal if you understood the basic principles of brushless DC motors you wouldn't have this question in the first place, just ride the scooter and enjoy life.

    Is it do to the regen and magnetic forces?

    • @Sir-Kay
      @Sir-Kay  2 месяца назад

      It might be it, ohh! I actually never thought of that. And now, I no longer have it for me to be able to see into that but, great observation.
