It literally was a secret though - just because a handful of guys like you knew doesn't mean 99.9999% of the rest of the audience knew. Just because you visit Reddit and went searching for Big Cat's back story doesn't mean the "casual fans" of this show did such a thing - meaning Dan clearly tried to keep it hidden where he was from - and for good reasons since his entire schtick (clearly a schtick now - but he framed it the entire time as being genuine/honest) that he was from Chicago/was a Bears fan his entire life (even if he didn't always say where he was from originally - he clearly "framed" he was from Chicago - aka he lied about it). Big Cat was supposed to be the "genuine" of the two hosts of this show (as PFT was/is clearly playing some schtick character) - now that it's clear Big Cat was doing the same exact thing the entire time, it makes it weird (and if it doesn't make it weird for you, then you lack emotions). It's going to impact the show from here on out - be it because fans will view Big Cat differently or how Big Cat will be knowing everyone now knows this "secret" he's been hiding - and even if you don't think it was a "secret", Big Cat clearly feels he's been keeping a secret, thus it was a secret - and again just an outward lie. Sorry but those are the facts.
