since moving to belfast i haven't really had a morning routine because i've been all over the place but since starting a new job i've been able to fall back into it 😊 so this is my 7am morning routine for work and also on a day off!! even when i have the day to myself i love to wake up early to workout, have a healthy breakfast and get ready for the day because it makes me feel better than spending all day in bed (although, this is needed sometimes!!) 🥑 hope this gives you some inspo 💌

paper towns is definitely one of John green’s weaker stories so no shame I’m not finishing it! there is not point in reading for fun if you’re not actually enjoying it

plus, dont forget to REAPPLY your sunscreen during the day. the first application has a duration of 2 hours, after those two, if you dont reapply, you won't get protection. the best thing would be to reapply every two hrs, but I know that usually we dont have time to do that, so just keep in mind, whenever you're walking around or you're close to a window the uv rays are damaging your skin (they are of two kinds, UVA and UVB, a for ageing and b for burning, and they leave spots on your face over time:( )
i know this but how am i supposed to put on spf again during the day when i'm wearing makeup lol
@@kristynafischerova9122 well there's powder sunscreen, but scientific research says it's not 100% reliable:/ idk
I don't know if you have the brand La ROCHE POSAY because it's so good like it's a moisturizer + spf 30 and for imperfections etc (it's called duo+ I think)
For sunscreen, I use CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizer SPF 30. It's so nice because it's both my morning products in one! Also not overly heavy :-)
someone else recommended CeraVe too! im deffo giving it a go :)

cera ve also has great sunscreen! they have one that is mixed with lotion so it’s not super thick and they have one with a tint in it. I’ve been struggling with bad acne also so I typically stick to their products
