Corn pops around 325 degrees - not 500. Though the sides on your pot do get up around 450, but that's not what the temp is down in the seeds. It's around 325. And you ought not swab out the old maids with that swab mop stick into the kettle corn bin. Get the kettle corn bin out of there first, and then swab it out into a garbage tin. That is not sanitary to use that swab mop thing into the kettle corn. And you want about 55-57 rpm to keep from beating the corn up. I think you're a little fast in this demo. Looks like you have a lot of fun with this. Keep cookin'!

Anyone know where I can find a machine like that? And maybe a price of how much they run? I got about $2000 to play with.

Yo Dave yes you can add margarine to your kettle corn n the kettle while cooking. I make kettle corn and everyone says mines the best they had. Margarine and corn oil is the trick man! And the margarine keeps the sugar from building up in kettle too! Trust me I know man!😀
