Thank you, it's really helpful. Mine was stop coz I keep in the dark for a couple of months. I set The day is eror, not as normaly. And it's on the wrong circle. Normally I kept in the dark while I'm not using, but I'm able to set it when it's fully charged. But after for more than a month it's eror. Lucky I found this way to fix it, it's really work perfectly. Thank you for sharing this video 🙏🏻 really appreciate it. Please don't delete this video for other people maybe have the same problem.
Thanks for the great video! They could not make the adjustment in a certified service and only made things worse. I did it alone following your instructions.
Thank you so much. Mine ran out of battery cuz I left it in the dark for a few months, then after I charged it, the day hand was pointing the opposite way.
I haven't worn my Citizen regularly and even though it was charging it still didn't keep the right time. This solved my issue and I'm mad I didn't check this years ago!
Thanks for the tip. Mine as well...placed in dark area and after recharged...the DAY needle was pointing everywhere except the DAY. Even pushing button to see battery indicator wasnt accurate. Full reset now and back to normal. I own 3 citizen choronographs
Im almost there and Ive only had it 4 days. Whats the problem? Im of the understanding once it syncs with the radio, just keep it charged and its always dead on? My issue is reception.
Okay I see why you feel that way, and if the reset isnt done correctly as shown in the video it would be a lesson in futility. Just remember what the hands indicate do not represent what the computer inside is doing if the reference positions are wrong. Everything can be off including the energy indicator. And if the second hand reference is wrong all its other indicators are wrong too. I found tips on better reception, like hanging it on a steel bar should help.
Thanks so much!!---Like the others on here stated, I could not get the daily time to act correctly, but this fixed it!
