    This is great ...looking forward to more videos on it. One thing I want to point out ....I would rather create 1 forecasting permission set and assign to users rather than making changes on profile.

    Is is possible to create quotas by account, by product, by partner?

      Now you are getting fancy! Currently the out of the box features only support quotas by Product Family, not the individual product. I suppose you could get around this by creating a Product Family for each product you have. For quotas by account or partner, this would have to be custom built using custom objects and flows to relate the opportunities and/or opportunity products to the custom object records.
