my guess is the tracker is measuring the speed of the stick.. the white tape on the blade is prolly being picked up, instead of the black puck. that def didnt look like a 94 mph shot release. could be wrong tho.

You want to pull the ball from behind you by bringing your elbow forward first. Rotate your hips into your throw, then your humerus, and then launch your forearm. You are going to keep hurting your shoulder with that.
