It’s almost absurd how many people I see posting similar vlogs in the same style as you down to the thumbnail lol -when you’ve been doing this for like more than 4 years, it’s cool to see that you’ve grown as an editor and have the capacity to keep being creative with your videos! 🩷🩷
@@2blonded2furious yesss, I ALWAYS see vlogs that are like that-I really do think she and a few other creators popularized like the “chronicles” and “diaries” and that very distinct vertical-slices-of-pictures thumbnail LOL It’s just frustrating to see sm people are doing these thinking it’ll get them views and not doing anything original or creative in their own way. like it’s why we started to love Eva’s vids in the first place, but only bc she makes it her own
@@lihaec yeah i agree, the thing is it’s okay to be inspired by someone or look up to them, but when people are just producing carbon copies of her editing style (especially if it’s to get more views) i can’t image it doesn’t bug her a bit 🫤 i also think it’s a lot better for people to experiment with their own editing style rather than adapting other peoples’, it makes their content so much more unique and genuine when it’s obvious that they’re not trying to copy anyone

Yes ! I saw someone copying Eva’s italy chronicles in Rome from the intro to the musics she’s is using, and even her way of talking… I think it’s so much better when a video is showing real personality :( (Sorry if there’s any mistakes I’m french)
