So I'm a little less than halfway through this series, and I am just astounded by the quality of what you have put together. It feels like you have a camera crew and production team following you on your journey, but amazingly, it's just the 2 of you. Best to you both, I am looking forwarding to completing the trip with you.
Hello Ryan and Allie my name is Eric Bloom. I’ve been watching your videos of your bike trip across the United States the cinematography and editing that you do for your videos is absolutely awesome great work, and you should be very proud of it.I am a biker at heart and I love the feeling I get when I’m out there.
I totally agree with you about the gravel trails versus the asphalt roads with cars. Watching the footage of the cars passing close and fast reminded me of all the reasons I search out the traffic free routes here in the UK. Scary!
I'm watching your amazing journey from Edgewood, Rhode Island; Elevation 66'....ABOVE sea level!!!! That's BEFORE I go upstairs to my bedroom. Hhmmmm; I wish I had some cool elevation signs. Great job guys!!!
I am not one to post comments on RUclips but I am a bike enthusiast and I find the idea of a cross country trip to be very interesting. When I am not watching your videos, I like to cook and take pictures but I do not like to do both simultaneously. You are both riding strenusously and trying to take videos for your posts. And on top of it all you have to find the time to take the raw footage, make it work and add commentary and music. DAMN! What I find amazing is that you are in many of the shots, especially the aerials, and so you need to set up shots and get the correct perspective. You just finished going over some pretty daunting hills and I can see you saying “Ali, can we go back down the hill we just struggled up and get a better shot?” Talk about testing the relationship! Anyways, good luck and best wishes to you both. I am looking forward to seeing the rest of the journey.
GREAT KILLING THE CONTINENTAL DIVIDE #bobquicksjourneys and I cross over I80 endless uphill although when we crossed Lincoln monument it was 35 miles of down hill to Cheyenne Beautiful cinema photography, I can tell your taking your time to edit and Ali is bringing her magic to your Sean
Loving your adventure, As a 66 yr old I too love those rail trails on my e-bike. Keep up the great work. Seeing parts of America I'll probably never vist from here in South Australia.
Hi Ryan, Just returned home in the UK after watching the Tour de France and taking in some cycling myself watching your videos helps inspire me to do trips like that, thanks and keep them coming, Brian
Great video's.keep them coming.I use to be a cat2 racer BACK IN THE LATE 80s & road for RIDE FOR RECOVERY in 2013 to 2015 for disabled combat veterans but due to my blown out knees & broken back & pelvis from the military i can't even turn a pedal stroke anymore due chronic sever bone on bone arthritis in both knees,i had to hang up my bikes. I CAN TRULY SAY I MISS THE FREEDOM & PEACE IT ALWAYS BROUGHT ME.peace be with you both & may the creator protect you both. (NATIVE AMERICAN COMBAT DISABLED VETERAN US NAVY GULF WAR/SOMALIA)
Welcome to Wyoming. Ali’s message on bears and protecting all wildlife through food storage rules is appreciated. The Yellowstone area roads and traffic are rough. Was the end point of this episode in Dubois. I day trip on gravel, next spring some WY and MT touring.
Ryan and Ali, I'm so grateful for your trip. I have been glued to a desk and tons of travel. Your adventure keeps me sane! Plus, to see you two grow together has been a blast as well. Ryan, where can we get those biking stickers?
So cool!! I’m from the region and I used to work in both Teton and Yellowstone parks. This video and the last one are really making me homesick. Y’all stay safe and love one another! Loving the footage! 🙌🏻 ❤️
Thanks Ryan. And I will remember that. Looking to put miles in this season. Doing Greater Allegheny passage And the C & O. For one of my rides this year. Great cycling and pray the rubber side is always down
Looks like you guys had so much fun in Idaho! Can't wait to see what Wyoming has in store! No Crashies, No Wammies, No Bearies! Peace & Love your way (p.s. the song flowed great guys, thank you!)
Always look forward to seeing the progress! Great job team. That's what a relationship is, a team working together and looking out for each other. See you in Illinois!!
Watching your videos has really inspired me. To start planning my trip to bike across the United States. I can only hope that one day to meet both of you and thank you for what I have seen through your eyes and it heard in your words. It seems to be a wonderful life and a wonderful way to live life God bless you both. And my am put for your love questions are openness honesty communication and respect and understanding. These are the things I think are are beneficial to your great relationship.
Wow what a great recommendation to take that trail. Love Ali she is speaking more on the videos giving her perspective. Thanks Guys. 📸🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️🚴♂️📸
Amazing videography and editing is so good. You keep the viewer transfixed. After watching one I cannot wait for the next instalment. Very inspiring. Thank you both.

Congratulation on the Continental Divide crossing. Ali your riding looking much stronger and more confident. Hey Ryan give Ali the camera for a change.
So tragic about the Cholula, I'd send you some if I could. I've seen a gazillion pictures of the Tetons, but it adds some perspective seeing them off in the distance. Nice work with the drone. Maybe give us a 360 once in a while?
hope that this pandemic ends soon, hopefully this year so that i could go to Europe and do what you guys did.. touring using your bike... Trek gravelbike brought me here just watching some reviews about your bike on youtube and i watched one of your episode and became a subscriber instantly.. and i think this bikes the one I’ve been looking for... nice videos, superb contents.. relaxing... keep it up

Glad I found this series . How long were you gone total ? Also how did you guys not get tired? I am in good shape but I dont think I could right 15 hours a day over and over and over for what I'm assuming was over a month at least lol
Ok, just like your "I'm falling in love, 50 miles thru copper canyon" video narration... Can we get it from Ali's perspective? I'm gonna keep asking bro..
Take bear/food warnings seriously. I have seen bears in Seaquia National park campground do things attracted by a drop of Apple juice and other tiny food smells, at all times of the day and night.
I just love watching this after our 8 kids go to bed. Relaxing and rejuvenating!
the quality of these VLOGS are unmatched
Gotta admit to be addicted to the stories you tell and the pictures you show.....thank you again for sharing and lighting up our days!

The road less traveled much better than asphalt full of traffic

Thanks Eric! Lemme know if you ever have questions about planning your bike trip. Thanks for watching my videos and hope 2019 is awesome!
I make motor noises on them brutal uphills too. Healthy healing vibes being sent for Ms Ali's knee. Those bikes are some Burritopacking machines.

Yep! he's the best
I totally agree with you about the gravel trails versus the asphalt roads with cars. Watching the footage of the cars passing close and fast reminded me of all the reasons I search out the traffic free routes here in the UK. Scary!

Mike Merritt she did, right before we left..:questionable results though...and 230 bucks :(
are you finding plenty of free wifi across the north of the US?
Did everyone keep their tents at least 100 paces away from the food lock box?
At 3:07 does anyone know the name of the song? My 7 year old daughter loves it!
Really like your videos and it’s good preparation for my own bike across America trip.
It's called WONDERS AGST Remix. Have fun on your ride across the USA!
That was quick! Thanks Ryan!
a stop sign at 1:21 on a gravel path? lol

I want to work on my tan doing that too
Another great video. Ali and Ryan, trim those helmet straps. Don't think your heads will grow bigger. Plus, think of the weight savings!

Take bear/food warnings seriously. I have seen bears in Seaquia National park campground do things attracted by a drop of Apple juice and other tiny food smells, at all times of the day and night.
Try and get a bike fit it may cure your knee pain. It cured mine.
