OK if you’re brand new at getting pierced ears I Strongly recommend if you are right, handed and get your right ear pierced if you are a left-handed, then get your left ear pierced Because if you wanna get your right ear pierced, and if your left hand is going to be way more difficult to take out, not only the gauge but the earing as well or vise versa if you are a left handed wanting to get your right ear pierced that will be difficult to if that makes sense
Ear lobes do not hurt... a small pinch... Helix are painful... but after a few you get used to them.. I have industrial in right ear and 5 in left helix..... (I didn't get those 5 all at once!)
