The console gens really do affect the loading time! I almost cried when I updated to a Xbox Series S from a One 😂😂 Im so happy they made the console version the same as PC, unlike the previous sims games! ❤️
The jump from old gen console to new gen console was like night and day!! 3 minute loading screens running at 20 frames to 15 second loading screens and smooth frames. I really hope they improve U.I for console and make cheats a lot more accessible. And also fix the bugs that make the game unplayable 😅 My series x has like a 30% chance of actually getting to the main menu
Quite personally, I think console players should be able to get cc and mods just the same way gta has mods. We have an internet browser on the ps4, so why not use it? Although, I will always love console better mods or not 💓

I'm on PS4 and Sims 4, I stay at my house and it runs and looks like absolute trash. My baby even floated out of the house.... lol. Can't even have fun building, it just stalls everytime I click on something.
Make sure to clear out your notification menu on your top right hand corner this is what causes the stutter and freezing. If gets really bad just clear save and exit. If your sim starts to lag up or freeze sit them down on furniture then in build mode remove bed while she is in it then remove furniture from under them to reset sim, works best if you put them to sleep
hey!! ive been trying to download packs for my sims4 on my ps4 but none have been showing up. it tells me its not available for me. although the university expansion pack once showed up, i bought it ofcourse, but ever since that no packs have been showing
do you have it downloaded? after purchase you have to click download, once downloaded either restart your ps4 or close the sims 4 tab completely then go back and the pack should be there!

In what capacity? There’s no multiplayer without mods. And you cannot transfer owned packs from one platform to another. The only time there’s any cross platform available is when uploading to the gallery other people on other platforms can also access your uploads. With the exception of PC/Mac builds with CC won’t show up on Xbox or PlayStation galleries
The tools and what’s available in game are identical. The controls are different depending on if you’re using keyboard/mouse or controller. But the games are identical.

Packs bought on PC do not transfer to console. Packs bough on console do not transfer to PC.
