How to instantly insult an entire nation, by not liking Jaffa cakes, I think every British person would unite to stand up for this delicious orange, chocolate, biscuit treat. I also still remember the Dawn French ad from year's ago, if you haven't seen it you should. I like that you gave everything a try, even with some of the questionable smells, not everything is to every ones taste 💖
Any American eating British foods videos they always break them in half take a little nibble off one. Just put the whole thing in your mouth. Our chocolate is far superior to American chocolate. Our snacks are far better. No added artificial ingredients.
actually they made a good point of why they don't find them as nice as we do. in american food they use a lot of chemicals and additives that we don't put in our food due to food safety laws, so their tastebuds have been conditioned by the addition of things they shouldn't be consuming to need those additives. they also aren't too focussed on food texture like we are either which explains them not liking jaffacakes because jelly is something americans wouldn't put with cake and chocolate. but the one thing most americans tend to agree on is our chocolate is better than theirs because we use more milk and cream and they use more chocolate and chemicals to preserve the milk so their chocolate is quite bitter where as ours is very sweet.
Just so the Brits know, breaking something in half is what a picky eater would do. Most Americans would eat the entire snack or maybe two if it is good.
i am actually offended, the biscuits is a British staple no one could live in the uk without a having biscuits as a part of the daily diet ... it may as well be law.

I wasn’t the fact that he didn’t like the things it was how he said it .
Uncomfortable viewing. Not one of your better videos. Discarding biscuits that you didn’t like was poor manners especially to Dave who sent them hoping you would like them
Really ? Poor manners ?? Dave sent him those things so he could react to them . Surely an honest reaction is the point . He clearly appreciated it , and I expect Dave appreciated that he ate a bunch of food sent from a stranger
How do you know they discarded them? For all you know they are sat in his cupboards. And I'm sure dave didn't think they were going to like everything. Why does everyone assume they know how dave is going to feel?
Never say you don't like or hate Jaffa Cakes. The correct thing to say would be, 'It's not my cup of tea', otherwise you will be 6 feet under before you open your mouth again. 😂
It's funny how they read the box of "Java Cakes", see "Jaffa Cakes", Jaffa being an orange and cakes being.. Well, cakes.. Then are in shock that they are orangey cakes. Also, when do we burn these heretics?
few American's get the reference to Jaffa oranges though, because our oranges don't come from Jaffa, they come from Florida or California. Jaffa oranges were never a thing in the US.
Absolutely agree, the effort to send these to someone who raves about Britain to be so ungrateful. I don't care if he liked them or not but how hard is it to be polite & throwing the boxes like that is completely disrespectful.
The Great thing about British Snacks, Chocolate and Candies is they are all made with Natural Ingredients. Unlike American which are made up of Substitutes and Chemicles. That means when you taste British you get the real taste - Flavour. Unfoirtunately you are so used to eating chemical flavourings you might not like the real thing.
So here is a little mind destroyer for you. Americans insist on calling biscuits "cookies" when they should be calling them biscuits. Why? Because they are made by biscuit companies. Oreos, Fig Newtons, Lorna Doon, Nutter Butter, Chips Ahoy and more - made by Nabisco. Nabisco stands for National Biscuit Company.
Jaffa Cake insult to one side...JT threw an unfinished Bourbon down like it was nothing to him...I'm shook!!! And don't get me started on the Party Ring fiasco!! 😂😂
Jaffa cakes are like the uks version of Oreos where we just dont get hype with oreos like you dont with jaffa cakes ....jaffa is also slang for a man who is infertile
Everything about this video was wrong. How can someone test mainly chocolate biscuits when she freely admits to not liking chocolate. You don't piss about with breaking biscuits in your hand, you just bite them and if you don't like them spit them out. You don't eat biscuits with cold orange juice, but a hot mug of tea or coffee so that you can dunk them.
Dave must feel like he wasted his money sending this stuff to you how can you not like a jaffa cake and they all go well with a cup of hot tea not cold drinks.
I doubt it, It would be stupid to assume he is going to like everything that’s sent especially food wise.. I’d be greatful if someone sent me a load of Hershey’s chocolate but does that mean I have to pretend to like it? The whole point is the reaction to something new
I thought they were both quite rude and ungrateful. The poor bloke spent a fortune and probably remortgaged his house to post the stuff. A lot of people will cancel sending anything now.

@Natasha Luo when was the last time you had one though as I used to hate them and now could inhale a full box at once 😂
@@Paul-nr6ws i have to be in the mood for them personally but always got them in the cupboard because my little ones love them
i mean i don't like the orange ones much anymore but the cherry Jaffa Cakes
How to instantly insult an entire nation, by not liking Jaffa cakes, I think every British person would unite to stand up for this delicious orange, chocolate, biscuit treat. I also still remember the Dawn French ad from year's ago, if you haven't seen it you should. I like that you gave everything a try, even with some of the questionable smells, not everything is to every ones taste 💖
Am I the only one that feels like screaming bite the full thing and don’t break it in half!!! Haha
nope i was the same lol
Any American eating British foods videos they always break them in half take a little nibble off one. Just put the whole thing in your mouth. Our chocolate is far superior to American chocolate. Our snacks are far better. No added artificial ingredients.
Also, never smell it first. I did that with so many foods growing up and am slowly realising I've been missing out!
"I'm sure this is someone's favourite thing ever"...... Just look at the comments JT, its everyone's favourite thing ever
You have now offended 67 million people
Love how you both try to Pronounce them. Nearly all uk biscuits need tea or coffee. And yes you are right hot tea, no chilled sweet tea lol
Anyone else feel hurt by this video, like he just came along and ruined your childhood 😂😂
actually they made a good point of why they don't find them as nice as we do. in american food they use a lot of chemicals and additives that we don't put in our food due to food safety laws, so their tastebuds have been conditioned by the addition of things they shouldn't be consuming to need those additives. they also aren't too focussed on food texture like we are either which explains them not liking jaffacakes because jelly is something americans wouldn't put with cake and chocolate. but the one thing most americans tend to agree on is our chocolate is better than theirs because we use more milk and cream and they use more chocolate and chemicals to preserve the milk so their chocolate is quite bitter where as ours is very sweet.
I don’t really care that they don’t like our biscuits, but how can anybody NOT love Jaffa Cakes?!
Pissed all over it more like.
I can’t believe they hated Jaffa cakes.

I've always wondered what it would be like to watch aliens eat earth food. Now I've seen these two eat Jaffa cakes, I know.
Just so the Brits know, breaking something in half is what a picky eater would do. Most Americans would eat the entire snack or maybe two if it is good.
One of the perks of Canada being a Commonwealth country is that the majority of these items are readily available here.
Are they? Strange cause I don’t think we get much Canadian foods I don’t think. Not fair lol

We get maple syrup but that's it.

It was the face pulling before even trying them that annoyed the heck out of me.

Facts
I hate them im British
It's funny how they read the box of "Java Cakes", see "Jaffa Cakes", Jaffa being an orange and cakes being.. Well, cakes.. Then are in shock that they are orangey cakes.
Also, when do we burn these heretics?
Americans can’t pronounce the ‘nut’ in Nutella, this is kinda expected.
few American's get the reference to Jaffa oranges though, because our oranges don't come from Jaffa, they come from Florida or California. Jaffa oranges were never a thing in the US.
I think we need to turn star wars into a real thing, we need the return of the empire
