Height doesn't matter. They're are way too many short riders who can ride well. Guy's with 5'4" are riding GS1250 and you're wondering about NS200. Ever heard of Dani Pedrosa?
Obviously height doesn’t matter to an experienced rider.
My viewers ride bikes on plain roads , not on tracks. Riding a bike is one thing and holding & riding a bike on bad roads and in traffic areas is a different thing.

To my knowledge the most comfortable sports bikes are Ninja 300 and BMW G310R ( above 5.2 ft guy ) . These bikes have less seat height than other bikes.... before buying these bikes please do a test ride once.
