I can so relate this. Going back to work after maternity and leaving a tender baby at home is so hard. It's one feeling you can never get over. The feeling of guilt is just out of this world..
I remembered the month I resumed, I cried everyday at work.. I just wanted to go back home to my baby
I felt like a bad mum for leaving my baby at home..
She'll be 8 months tomorrow and I can tell you that I still feel bad some days expecially on Mondays 😅. After spending the weekend with her, it's always hard to leave for work

Babies have a great mom. Baby is so cute I wish I could 😘 her cheeks. I wish all moms could be able to work from home and have nannies that help too. Sad when we leave babies at the daycare. Mine is a 3 year old boy. The only reason I take my baby to daycare is for him to socialise because he is an only child.

So sorry u reminded me,my 2nd I left her she was 6weeks old.Martenity leave was 90 days on public sector 45 days before delivery and 45 days after ..😢😢
With 3rd baby my gynae played around with EDD dates so that I left for maternity leave 2 weeks before delivery to allow more time with baby
Different here overseas you can stay at home 1 year also before starting work
