I am a great fan of film scores, and what a pleasent surprise this score was. You really lifted the movie Mr. Tyler. Your work on Iron man 3 was equally great.

I have to admit, when I first saw the link to this, I was expecting an orchestral arrangement of the classic TMNT cartoon theme.
Instead I get one of my favourite movie tracks for a very long time. I listen to your work almost every day.
Brian, in my eyes, you are a phenomeno. Its outstanding to write the music, orchestrate it, lead it, record it, and finally mix it. You are miles away from everyone else in your age.

I really love your scores and music Mr. Tyler! I've been searching for this, and now I found it!! The best part for my opinion is 0:18-1:09. Gave me goosebumps. I also like the occasional 0:29 part and the 0:54.
I love it when composers conduct their own music. It imbues the final product with such a profound degree of enthusiasm and personality. And watching it is always a treat: the entire orchestra slave to the flight of the baton, musicians frenetically yet masterfully commandeering their instruments to play their disparate parts and form a majestic whole.
Absolutely amazing! One of my favourite themes of 2014... such a joy to get a glimpse into the scoring session. Please keep sharing these videos.

Brian Tyler thanks :) and great work on Avengers age of ultron, the music was amazing!
He only did part of the Score of Avengers Age of Ultron due to time constraints and also other projects he was doing at the time and so Marvel hired Danny Elfman to come in and finish off the score.
Update: So Brian actually scored the whole film, but, the producers and director Joss Whedon was unhappy with the score so they had Danny Elfman score the whole film but then they decided that they liked a lot of Brian's material so they used some of the cues he wrote and then modified them with Alan Silvestri's material too.
That is one spectacular new theme for the quartet of 80's icons! Too bad Brian Tyler is not returning to score TMNT: Out of the Shadows this summer.

Love it. Tyler really does take after Goldsmith in that he creates themes you can actually HUM after leaving the cinema. Dying to see some clips for that super-funky main title for Iron Man 3. One of the coolest tracks for many a year...

Brian Tyler He's also done a lot of cello for Pirates of the Caribbean if I remember correctly. Is he the principle cellist of the Hollywood Studio Symphony Orchestra?
This Theme Fits a lot with the villain Kraven, A Certain Part of the music reminds me of movies that take place in the jungle.
Very groovy arrangement in there. Packs a lot of energy into that track. And so do the musicians. Great job!

My favorite part of this video is the ff part of the song (2 min. 25 sec.) where Brian's music becomes so epic, one of the violinists lifts himself from his chair to really bring as much sound as possible. lol, I love the enthusiasm from this guy, while some of the other violinists look bored out of their minds.
Wow, it's an amazing thing to listen to all of these compositions and realize the common thread is "this" man. No wonder I love them so.

Henry Jackman, Danny Elfman or Hans Zimmer would be my choice. No offense to Brian Tyler, but everything I've heard from him thus far is very generic (with the TMNT theme being the biggest culprit of them all).
