🇬🇧Healthy, very filling, high protein, no added sugar, thus not too sweet, tasty Chia Seeds Pudding with coconut and mango for your breakfast or afternoon snack.

RECIPE
Ingredients
For 1 portion
1 cup (250 ml) coconut drink (or milk of your choice)
1/4 cup (60 ml) (4 tbsp) chia seeds
Some mango, sliced
Some runny honey
Instructions
In a cup add chia seeds. Pour in the milk. Stir everything well.
Leave on the counter for 5 minutes, and stir occasionally.
Cover with the cling film and pop in the fridge for a few hours, or overnight.
Remove the cling film. Add some sliced fresh mango and drizzle with some honey.

Ingredientai
1 porcijai
1 puodelis (250 ml) kokosų gėrimo (ar bet kokio kito pieno)
1/4 puodelio (60 ml) (4 šaukštai) čija sėklų
Truputis mango, supjaustyto
Truputis skysto medaus
Gaminimo eiga
Sėklas sudėkite į puodelį, stiklinę. Užpilkite kokosų gėrimu/pienu. Gerai išmaišykite.
Palikite 5 minutėms ant stalo ir kartais vis pamaišykite.
Uždenkite plėvele ir laikykite šaldytuve kelias valandas ar pernakt.
Skaninkite mangais ir medumi.
