Hello stefaan sorry for the later response . I was a bit busy. My Daughter got married this past Saturday. Really enjoy you sharing your talents with us . Looking forward to your next posting
I like the seventies organ sounds if ever I am able to do as I have reluctantly parted with my Large Roland Organs 4 of them & others.Your playing is Great.....................................Bill Bickley UK...........................
Great selection and outstanding performance Stefaan. Took me back to the 70s when I was still a "teen ager". Thanks for the memories. Greetings from Paraguay.
I enjoy every second of your organ playing! The harmonies and sounds in this medley, put me straight back to my childhood, when I was listening for hours to Klaus Wunderlich and his "Hammons Pops" recordings! Bravo - top level playing, Stefaan!
Awesome Stefaan! Your level of playing style indicates that you probably have a professional music background. Question, how many keyboard splits can you do on this Wersi model? And what is that organ behind this one? Thanks
Thank you so much ! On the Wersi OAX you can layer up to 16 sounds on the manuals, and for each sound you can set the range on the keyboard where you want to play it. So in this way you can make lots of splits ! The organ you see behind my OAX is a Hammond A100. I used it already for a recording together with my Wersi : ruclips.net/video/b5J8ar7EBXA/видео.html
Great performance! However, to my taste these new Wersi organs have less the appeal of the older ones. It's nice, and don't get me wrong, you are playing fantastically as always, but it seems Wersi is changing the sound of its organs. For instance at 6:10 you are playing from the Helios Wersitime 2 album. You play great but the OAX doesn't really come near to the legendary sound of the Helios. It sounds more flat, smooth. The difference between fully digital and analog, maybe. On your channel I usually listen less to the OAX and I enjoy your older organs more. Also on other channels, I don't often listen to the newer Wersi organs, I rather choose the older and even oldest Wersi to listen to. Maybe I'm just getting old 🤗😄
Thank you so much for your reaction ! Of course, it is never possible to compare an original and a sampled copy. That's like comparing an acoustic piano and a sampled digital piano. So you are right, only the original instrument sounds as the original instrument. That's why I like my Atlantis so much, and also why I had a Galaxis organ for a long time. However, you cannot ignore also the fun and musical potential you have with such an OAX organ : top orchestral samples, top synth sounds, a very nice Hammond VB3 emulation, potential to layer up to 16 sounds, easy to use with the large touch screen etc, etc. And, if one doesn't want to get old, one should embrace the past, but also look towards the future ;-)
Another excellent selection of tunes of my era Stefaan, well played. Thank you,

Some great organ sounds Stef and great music. Interested in your screen layout, I could not see it clearly but it looked different to the norm
Thank you very much Ros ! The screen lay out was not so different from the normal one. I will take a screenshot and post it in the channel !
