Karijini and the Ningaloo coast are our absolute faves. We live in the east coast and have been there twice. Fern pool watching the rainbow bee-eaters is a memory we had to share with the kids.
Loved this episode. So happy to say that I’ve been to most on this list of yours and agree with you, but I’d also add the Kimberley 😊. What an incredible country we live in. Hard to choose but my number 1 would be the Flinders Ranges for its vastness, incredible landscape like no other, and it’s silence ❤️
Have to agree about Karijini and Tassie. We have recently booked the ferry for Tassie for Feb next year to stay for 8 weeks. Oh, and hitting Eyre Peninsula after crossing the Nullabor.
Hi guys i was in the Atherton Tablelands only three weeks ago it's very nice i haven't been to all the places you mentioned but I agree with you on the five that i have done all the best Ron
Another awesome video. Karajini is my big regret. Ive seen a lot of the north west, including the Bungle Bungles by air and on foot, but Ive never been to Karajini and my health isnt strong enough to be up to the hiking now so your videos give me a view of it I have no other way to see. Thanks.
Yess!!! excellent list! I love that you've included all the videos you've done for each of them. I'm glad you guys had Atherton on that list and the mention of Mareeba. This video really makes me want to venture out of QLD so badly! haha
WA is somewhere I have barely visited so thanks for some great tips ... been trying to get there for the last 2 years but something keeps always foiling my plans. have only done the Canning, Steep Point and Gunbarrel so far ... lots more to see and can't wait!!
2:59 "Those yellow tailed possum things" You should get a job as a wildlife ranger tour guide Jack 😉 I recently saw someone talking in the comments section to some American visitors about Cassowaries , they described the Cassowary as "like an emu in drag" 🤣
Thank you Jack and Megan for this wealth of knowledge from you’re fantastic adventures. So I’m from Shoalhaven on NSW South coast, and I have a question. I have a 2006 Mitsubishi Triton which I love dearly, it’s a petrol V6 two wheel drive running GU Patrol wheels with 32 inch rubber. I want to go to nigaloo and do some of the top end of WA. Can I do most of the roads with a high clearance 2WD in reasonable conditions. ? I have considered selling my car and getting a 4WD. But I love my Trito so much, I can’t stand parting with her. I may put in a diff lock and a winch on. Please tell me what are you’re thoughts on 2WDriving Aus
Victoria not to miss spots Mornngton Peninsula, Great Ocean Road, Falls creek, Mt Baw Baw, Barry way road along the snowy river, huge trees in Sherbrook Forest and the Dandenong National Park. Mills beach Mornington. Epic walks and climbs at Mt Buffalo and Wilsons prom.. I could keep going but other Victorians can list a few.
Tassie definitely has the best hikes ☺️, although we're in the Grampians atm with some hikes just as beautiful! On our way to Ningaloo and Karijini, this video has has stoked ☺️
We went camping to North Lefroy ningaloo, booked for 5 days, but only stayed for 2 nights 😂 The wind and corrugations put us off. We picked the wrong month 😂 Our next trip is Karinjini. Thanks for sharing, guys ❤
Legends!
I hope Tourism Australia is watching.

The Gulf Country is absolutely beautiful
We went camping to North Lefroy ningaloo, booked for 5 days, but only stayed for 2 nights 😂
The wind and corrugations put us off. We picked the wrong month 😂

Ahh yes the wind can be ruthless there! Hope you can experience on a good day one day, and have the best time in Karijini!!
And the Kimberley... The Gibb !
100% 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Maria Island? Did you guys see Flinders Island while you were here? If not…. You best bring that troopy back!
You need to start a trend put the GPS location of all these great places on the screen so if someone wants to find it, they can
All of them can be found on google maps or any maps app 😄
super!
Lawn Hill is currently closed until the end of the year due to flood damage
Ohh that's a shame!!
So if your 1st trip was Karijini, was everything downhill from there ?
Great Vid - One Day...
Have you been to Kangaroo Island in South Australia?
did i see you guys going through chicken treat waikiki or was that a differnt troopy
Haha wasn't us no! Craving chicken treat now though 😂
Check out the cool glitch at 6:38
Shame we can’t take dogs in national park and us 2 wheel drivers miss a few of your top 10’s 😢
😊😊😊😊😊
👍👍👍💜
Nearly 2.5 years on the road now and we've only done half of your list. Australia is too big...
Haha it is hey! So excited for you guys to experience all of WA 🙌🏼
for me ayers rock is overrated and to commercialize
Saw a platypus! Cool!
Yesss they are so fun to spot!
