i love these commentators but the way they said that sandra's second vault was only a half twist and ariella's was an extra full twist on that makes it seem like ariella did a cheng ...completely different vaults

I showed this to my mother and she asked my how old that women (Chusovitina) was. I told her I think she is 36 or about that and my mom got this sad look on her face. Then she says "no 36 should be that fit...she is making all of us look bad!" I declined to mention that she also had a child of her own. I thought that would just crush her.

Too bad about Steingruber's first vault! The one she performed in the AA was one of the highlights of the competition for me (along with Dementyeva's floor). I'm looking forward to seeing Giulia make a run at the medal podium on vault in London.

Marachkouskaya looks very tall and broad-shouldered. One of the taller gymnasts I would think, though that usually means they are still only about 5 feet 4 inches tall.
