If you live in a dangerous country then they might be useful. But if you live in a mostly-safe country then moving into one might just make you a bigger target of crime; since criminals might think you have valuables. Plus, most entrances of “gated communities” in the US are not even manned; but are simply just a pole that’s lifted once you put in your ID card. You can easily tailgate somebody in..or hop the fence. I’m happy with my home security system, good lighting, no bushes, cameras and locking my doors/windows.

The most expensive communities are the ones not listed here. Have you heard of or seen Gables Estates in Miami, FL? Fisher island or Palm beach? I'm surprised not one FL community made it here

There were plenty of gated communities left off the list. You need to do more videos like this with a mention of Fairbanks Ranch, Rancho Santa Fe CA, Star Island FL, Reynolds’s Plantation at Lake Oconee GA.
I'm so dissapointed in the bit on South Africa. I can't believe you're talking about Silver Hurst, when there are gated communities like Val De Vie, Pearl Valley and Steyn City where the price tags easily reach far beyond Silverhurst, and it's also much more difficult to get it

With any type of communal living arrangement the main issue is who is on the community board. Nothing is worse than a nosy neighbor that is also power tripping

What causes all the flickering white spots. They're reminiscent of old movie films on a reel and actually a bit distracting when trying to focus on the video and the message. Not complaining, just find it odd and a bit distracting.
Beacuse real toptier community doesn't have any interior pictures for the home owners'privacy. So, they showed the old and available ones and that's also why most pictures are captured above.
