- Bloomberg's headquarters in London is what London's Evening Standard calls "a triumph of green design and a lesson in good manners for future development in the Square Mile."
The building is rated as the most sustainable office building on the planet and it demonstrates Mike Bloomberg's vision for the future of work, collaboration, and innovation.

I had the tremendous opportunity to deliver a keynote at the auditorium yesterday. What a stunning place.
Hello respected Madam Mrs. Pinar Tartemiz very Good Morning to London. I am Prosenjit Ghosh.
What a place to have your Headquarters in London. It's history and it's people you will always get your investments back this is the Capital of Capitals. Thank you for your business.
You need to have money to construct something like this in the middle of London. It's bloomberg we're talking about
Anyone know how many employees this will house, and how much the construction cost was?
merf64 It will house 4000 employees and it cost £1bn
Can they provide air costs for foreigners if anyone will get the job from outside their country?
Sorry for my poor English.
Nope they dont. They may help you getting Visa.

It's good to get to see the inside, and appreciate the green initiative and restoration of the temple, but how much of the behaviour of the people shown is the natural behaviour during the course of a day, or are these actors? Are software engineers also kept in the open plan? It seems that the men all wear formals and uncomfortable shoes while women can wear anything. Are software engineers required to be in formals too (by formals, I mean, "not a t-shirt")? It's best if companies make these things clear in the job spec. I don't know how software engineers can focus in an one-size-fits-all open plan.
It's like that in almost all corporate environments. Guys have to wear suits etc. and women can wear whatever as long as they look reasonably smart.
Not at all, especially in tech jobs where the focus is on getting the job done as opposed to posturing and other nonsense dating back to the 19th century. In fact, I learned from a recruiter that Bloomberg doesn't have the formal dress code; I don't know if this is just for the techies or more extensively. I won't be surprised if the PR and sales people dress formal, which is the case in nearly all companies.
Anyway it's notable that 'smart' also means shoes that are tapered at the end, or high heels which are ironically the opposite of smart, when you consider that they both constrict the toes and cause health and safety issues. On the other hand barefooting which is much much more healthier (doesn't sweat the foot and cause bacterial and fungal issues) does not come under the corporate definition of 'smart', which is mind boggling, especially when corporations are supposed to be led by smart people.
I work at Bloomberg. The software engineers don't have to wear suits or overly formal attire.
Okay, thanks. Good to know.
Oh man, when I have a wank in the toilets there I won’t even use toilet paper to clean up. I’ll just rinse. I’m very environmentally
