The Philippines has a rich tradition in the martial arts, and is home to a fighting style called Eskrima, also known as Escrima, Arnis or Kali, which is the national martial art of the Philippines, and originally developed in the city of Cebu. Today I'm going to drop in on Robert, a master in this discipline, who is an instructor at a gym run by a descendant of one of Eskrima's founders!
I hope to survive this encounter, and have some fun along the way. Let's see what Master Robert has in store for the Pea........
