There are two scholarships in russia, Open doors scholarship and Russia government scholarship. Do you have any information about the russia government scholarship?
what type of questions usually come in second stage is it multiple choice questions or numericals or theory based. My portfolio is for engineering and technology(mechanical engineering).secondly how many students will be selected finally for scholarship for bachelors
this time we were given the freedom to put in a proper type of identification even if we do not have a passport... you can just use the same ID that you used when filling in the portfolio of stage 1. National card, Driving license, Birth Certificate(probably) etc
